Everything was clean and very quite. The breakfast was good .The staff was awesome . We will be going back and would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone.
That we couldn't stay longer
4.5
Very clean. Very comfortable beds, Very quiet. Np weird smells or air fresheners. Pleasant efficient staff, Facilities and finishes were modern.
Breakfast was ok but could have been better. Coffee was very good. No mini-fridge. Tub/Shower needed re-caulking.
4.5
Breakfast was outstanding. Limited in selection but quality and perfectly cooked. A real pleasure, same with the kitchen staff.
Nothing. All good!
3.5
Nice remodel and nice size rooms
The younger lady running the front desk was a little short and rude when we called in with the question prior to arrival
4.0
Awesome hotel beautifully appointed.
Nothing to do in town. Not sure why this beautiful hotel is in this ratty town. Maybe ski season?

Rooms were clean and big
Expensive and was overcharged.

Loved this hotel! The restaurant was great and the room was so clean and very quiet and comfortable.
Honestly nothing - our stay was perfect!
4.5
Location is fantastic, totally walkable for anything you might need. The reservoir is a short and pretty drive.
Nothing much to not like, just a bit spendy and housekeeping is working on dotting all the I’s and crossing all the T’s. I was in 2 different rooms (avails the ones by the elevator!!) and there was a couple things missed each time but my impression was they were short staffed and working on things.

It was a beautiful property and very clean! The staff was friendly and helpful! It really could not have been better!
3.5
The room was spacious and very comfortable bed. Beautiful location. Like the addition of the restaurant for dinner.
The entrance has no handicap opener, my husband has a walker so it was difficult to get thru the doors. The chairs in the room are very uncomfortable. No fireplace anymore (?) There were only plastic cups in the room. Had to go find our own coffee cups, (then it was only paper cups). The TV reception was bad and mostly not working, the front desk just said Hilton knew about it (?) There are no towel hooks by the shower, my husband had to cross the floor dripping for a towel, and that can be very dangerous since he is handicaped. Breakfast was OK.

Great tasting, well stocked breakfast. Helpful and friendly staff, rooms were clean.
While I understand the reason, I did not like the required $200 room deposit.
3.5
Sits back from the Highway. Good parking area. Shower is The Best. great bathroom and good lighting in the bathroom. Front desk staff helpful and pleasant. Art work was interesting. Outdoor landscape and scenery without the trite elk, deer, mountain stuff that is everywhere in the West.
No comfortable chairs in the room. One molded plastic chair at the desk area. Weird lighting that left areas of the room dark so had to haul the suitcase to the bed to see the contents.
My husband, who eats everything, threw away half his breakfast (he never wastes food). Potatoes were highly seasoned with pepper and nothing was hot. the steam tables did not seem to be on. No coffee and could not find the food service person to request more. No coffee maker in our room, either. I was looking forward to relaxing in the spa pool with the snow piled up outside but it was closed.
4.5
The lady in the kitchen. She is exceptionally dedicated and hard working.
Sidewalks could have been better cleared of snow.
No refrigerator in the room.

It was clean, well kept, and the staff were all great. Most of our trip was spent on weekdays with less foot traffic, but there’s definitely plenty of space in the hotel to not feel crowded.
Nothing I disliked
4.0
the rooms seem to be updated and loved that our room had soaker tub and fireplace.
rooms need mini fridges for families needing to store for milk and other kids items. Also maybe access to more microwaves in their under the stairs pantry when selling frozen foods that take 10 mins to cook you end up waiting a while. Cascade shuts down pretty early that we were not expecting when we got back from McCall and had to get things to cook in microwave which others were having to do as well. Also had to wait 15-20 mins to eat breakfast as they didn't set up extra tables and chairs for a fully booked weekend. Hard to wait when you have hungry kids who want to eat. But it was nice to have since there is not many places to go in cascade.

rooms are big and clean.
nothing love it there

Newly refreshed/remodeled. Despite a small issue at check-in with the bookings.com reservation, ( couldn’t connect to the system online )the staff was excellent and quickly worked with us to get us in our room.
Internet speed was pretty good, got 70+ Mbs d/l 20+ u/l. No noticeable issues streaming on an iPad.
Absolutely nothing that would prevent us from staying here again but here are some observations .
Having stayed in the Ashley Inn numerous times over the years, it was kind of sad to see the Victorian and constant Christmas decor change.
The hotel is currently under remodel, we were on the 3rd floor and heard nothing from the remodeling and only saw a few workers and heard nothing as far as construction noise. Its a relatively minor inconvenience and the workers were polite the few interactions we did have with them. ( see them in a hallway going through the front door etc. ) Pool is still being remodeled, but that was expected as there were issues with it needing major work from over a year ago. Looks to be a nice pool area when complete.

handy location, newly remodeled rooms! breakfast was ample and very good.
it’s being remodeled which is good….the coffee pot in breakfast room was not working…

very inviting
nothing
4.0
nice updated room. they are in the middle of remodeling so things were a bit disheveled but still a nice place..
The remodel construction was a little disrepute
3.5
Potentially a nice place in a good location after the renovations
unbeknownst to me the hotel was in the mist of a major renovation, the pool facilities were completely unavailable, The hotel was chosen because of the pool.
4.5
Great reception and nice breakfast. They are remodeling, but my room was great. Owners happened to be on site, but I didn't feel like staff was responding differently. I would definitely return.
5.0
downside to the breakfast, only one buffet laid out, and when the food was gone it was not replenished
better breakfast buffet
3.0
It was a clean location and stuaff was friendly.
The pool and hot tub weren't working during our stay and there wasn't much breakfast in the morning and a lot of stuff was out and wouldn't get fully restocked
3.0
The overuse of wallpaper. Made me feel I was in a Hallmark movie.
4.0
Breakfast and staff were fantastic. Location is great, good parking and more or less cleared from ice and snow to the front door.
Swimming pool and hot tub were closed and appeared to have been for a while. Toilets prone to clogging easily, did a triple flush for some reason that resulted in some unexpected and unwelcomed side effects.
