Loved the location. Lots of restaurants within walking distance and a gas station next door.

The smell

There was nothing to like because even though I had my receipt saying I paid in full on priceline the hotel never got my payment so therefore I spent 5 hours in their lobby calling priceline and being transferred to booking.com only to be told I booked on pricing so they couldn't help me and I needed to call priceline back. The manager at the hotel spent the same 5 hours calling the direct line and getting the same run around. It got to the point that I was actually yelling at a representative for laughing at our situation while I was completely frustrated and crying at my whits end and just wanting to get into a room and lay down. But I never got the room I had paid for in full. I was turned away because the only thing they could finally tell me after 5 hours was that I could get a refund that would take 15 days for me to receive. The manager of the hotel informed me that even though booking.com said I could have my refund the approval email would be sent to the hotel owner whom is from India and she almost never approves them so I most likely will not get my hard earned money back. I never got a place to stay that night. And on top of just giving away almost 100$ to booking.com I also had maybe the worst and most stressful day of my entire life because of the no result run around they did to me. But the hotel manager was great. Very friendly and as helpful as she was allowed to be.

I would tell you if I had gotten to stay but I didn't. I hated the customer service by priceline and booking com. It was miserable to deal with.

The breakfast was okay. I was disappointed that they didn't have any flavored coffee creamer. The apple juice was really strong. It needed more water.
