There is not a single thing we liked.

The rooms were stinking, the beds were small, the aircondition wasn't working properly, and the staff was unpleasant and rude.

Good hotel to visit smoky mountains national park

Nice place to visit the Smoky mountains National park. The room was large and clean good choice of breakfast although mainly american and limite selection of fruits etc.

The ratio quality cost is too low (i.e. medium quality and high cost). Hard to believe, the room doesn't have windows that can be opened (even if my room was at the ground floor). The breakfast can be improved. Too strong (and not useful) air conditioning, but this seem typical in most US hotels.

10 min from my appointment. Clean, and the staff were friendly. Even the staff that were just coming to work the morning I was leaving spoke to me and told me by.

Very nice furniture in room, comfy beds and pillows, spacious bathroom and super clean

Add lights in the parking lot, didn’t like how dark it was as night in near the cars.

Everything was clean and Rebecca and Crystal are very helpful and made everything easy. The bathroom was very clean as well as the rest of the room.

I don't understand why there wasn't a closet or rack to hang anything on.

Staff's assertion that the amount collected by booking.com fell $2 short of covering the price. Ultimately they did not pursue collecting money from me.

Good location, nice rooms and very quiet.but the heating unit in the room made it not such a good st

We didn't try the breakfast. Late sleepers ..lol

The room temperature was not pleasant. We couldn't change anything about the unit. Didn't turn on, off or up or down. Very restless night. Hot one minute throw off the covers, cold and had to cover up. This was repeated all night long. Can't rest like that.

Very close to Harrah's Cherokee Casino (5 minute drive, max). and near other scenic attractions

The staff was exceptional - very helpful to us, they worked very hard to accommodate our request for adjoining rooms. Good breakfast, easy in/out, close to a beautiful park along the river in Cherokee, everything was great.

ok for 1/2 nights

the bed and pillows were very comfortable room was clean, could of done with a better coffee pot, bathroom was clean. breakfast was hot and plentiful, kitchen lady was very accommodating and friendly reception staff very nice and respectful.

unclear about the fee for the dog, pool was not heated nor clean, as advertised on the website, too noisy motorcycles right outside our room Erving up at night and early morning wasn’t acceptable gym was laughable only a treadmill and bike for the name of the hotel l expected it to be outstanding.
