Friendly staff

Temperature control in room was tough to manage

just didn't feel clean and comfortable. We checked in and proceeded to check out. We didn't stay.

Pool was dirty!! Water in the pool was disgusting could not even get in

Dirty floors, pool water was cold, door to the pool would get hooked on rug and remain open. Opened elevator door laundry shoot door was left open. The breakfast food was terrible. They ran out of some foods and nothing to replace it they mopped the floors as ppl were trying to check out and finish breakfast made it very slippery

We had a suite so roomy and private. Breakfast was good.

We had a suite, lots of cupboards and counters and a full size fridge however it was very uncomfortable because there was no table and chairs, if you chose to have snacks or eat the only spot to sit was a 2 seater couch , there was 5 of us. Alot of wasted space having such a large prep area. a small table and chairs would have been better, also we had to request housekeeping, ask for towels and garbage bags. the chlorine was so strong the kids couldn't swim, you couldn't see the bottom of the pool.

Outdated and disappointing breakfast

Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was decent.

The walls are paper thin. We had booked a basic room. We could hear everything going on in the room next to ours. We had just completed day 3 of a road trip and were exhausted and were roomed next to a bunch of loud people looking to party. We asked about switching to another room, and were told we could only switch to an executive suite, which was considerably more expensive, even though we had checked in early and very few people were at the hotel yet. Felt like a scam to get more money out of us, but I ended up upgrading because I just wanted to sleep and quiet and didn't want to listen to yelling and glass clanking all night.

Morning front desk clerk. My first room was filthy, hair and finger nail clipping on the floors. The 2nd room was dirty as well lots of crumbs under bed skirts and dust on headboards

the pool was out of service. t there was a couple of house cleaning issues and a maintenance issue.
