It was horrible. So much was wrong between the roach crawling on the bed. The black mole on the wall

The room had black mole on the wall. I have photos. How can you list a property with mole. I had ro make an appointment to see a doctor to make sure I’m ok.

No wash clothes. Ppillow case was dirty. This should not be listed any where. It’s unsafe.

No bedspread Only 2 towels in bathroom Only 2 pillows for a queen size bed No breakfast as advertised

No wash clothes or bath towels or bath mat Only one pillow No bedspread just a sheet No breakfast as advertised and no coffee

Nothing.

First off the front door to the hotel looks like a bullet went through it. The room had a really bad smell to it. The door to the room look like someone kicked it in. The bath tub was used as an ashtray. The list goes on……

NOTHING

NASTY!! Everything is dirty. The sheets are dirty and I went to the front desk to ask for more, they gave me the sheets in my hands to change them by myself (The new sheets were dirty too)… I found cockroaches, the room had a bad smell. It was disgusting

Not very happy with the service.

We did not partake of the breakfast.we were not told when and where anything was located.the room was lacking face cloths and wash cloths.there was also a roach in the sink.on arrival we had to change room because we could not get pass the garbage that was scattered all over the entrance to the room.we were very disappointed.

Ok not so good!

The housekeepers were nice and friendly

I didn't like how the hotel smelled, there were writing on the bathroom walls and the bathtub was very dirty. I was scared to take a shower.

Didn't like anything about this hotel

Worse location ever. There's no stores near by and the hotel don't offer breakfast and/or have a vending machine. I have visits many hotel in NYC and this has been definitely the worse one

it was horrible. dirty. TV was not working

it was horrible. service. not worth the money they charge.I was told one price then charged more. tv services was skipping. people from the outside would be hanging out. felt unsafe there

It was good for one night due to time we arrived but will not go back

Bed was clean but pillow had hair on and there was vomit on the left side of the bed and a needle under the bed

There room should of been cleaned right floor was dirty
