Great location easy to get and out of. Several places to eat

We were on the first floor. It wasn’t very busy, but for some reason they put someone directly above us it was very noisy when this person walked around with the floors, creaking and cracking. They arrived several hours after us, later in the evening, and what we thought was going to be a very quiet stay turned out not to be so as I said they were not that busy. I don’t understand why they put someone directly above us. They need to think about those things.

Loved how clean it was and how the place looked. Staff was friendly, breakfast was good. Close by to a lot of different restaurants and stores.

The room was nice, clean and quiet. The hot breakfast was good. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The hotel is located very close to a shopping area which made it easy and convenient to walk over and grab some dinner.

The wey it look thouit was the same as other hotels were we stay ! But noooo !! Wry bad experience 👎

The second room we booked was a mess and Smelled like smoke. We were very disappointed And there were no other rooms available

Liked the separation between the bedroom and sitting area. Everything was clean.

Didn't like the shower in that it didn't have an enclosure and just had half a glass. Water went everywhere on the floor. Looked like the bathroom was remodeled recently, but the back of the bathroom door looked beat up and scratched. There wasn't any place to hang more than 2 towels and the shower barely had a shelf to hold product. Floors in room were uneven and creaky. Building itself was quiet, but located near the on ramp of highway and could get noisy from traffic accelerating on ramp.

We loved our stay! Friendly staff, very clean room, and the perfect location if not wanting to stay in downtown Nashville.

Breakfast was good. Location was convenient. Staff was nice, but not very helpful.

The room had a strong smell of natural gas from the fireplace insert that did not fit. Couch was very uncomfortable, shower was arranged in such a way that a lot of water ends up on the floor. Had to lay out towels to stop it from flooding the bathroom. Slip hazard. Wi-Fi was not working 90% of the time. Bugs in the windows, and windows were old and frosted over.

Work men were outside our door at 10:00 running saws and drills. We were in our room trying to sleep at 10:00 at nite. I called front desk and they did stop working after I complained

The only ice maker in the building was broken. There is not an elevator to the second floor, not an issue for me.Iwas not happy with a 75 dollar service hold on my card, but they didn't tell me about

Steps. Hard for a 70 year old to get luggage up the stairs and I was on the first floor

good location. only a few rooms per building. breakfast was more than enough. friendly

no paper towels or soap in the kitchen area. beds were extremely hard.

Could hear stomping very clearly in the room above- all night

We loved everything and intend to stay again next time.

2 of the reception workers who checked us out were not so friendly but we really like the Main reception worker (a gentleman) who was very kind.
