we will stay at this hotel again.. definitely

location was great and staff were wonderful. Our room was quirky in a very good way

breakfast was included but only available on 1 day.

Good stop for the price.

Was dated, but clean and no issues. Breakfast, muffins, boiled eggs, yogurt, croissants Just what is needed for a light breakfast. Staff was polite and no issues. Good overnight stop

Good for Budget Stay

I've encountered two staff members at the front desk throughout my stay. Both of them are very friendly. The bed feels better than expected considering the price. Free Wifi is available with broad xfinitywifi coverage. Less than 10 minutes walking distance to Washington State Fairgrounds.

I arrived at 8:10pm and nobody was at the front desk. I called front desk but no avail. I then called booking.com customer service but I was told that I need to wait 30 minutes until any action can be done on booking.com side. I waited until 8:45pm without anyone showing up at the front desk. Due to it was night time and my party members were tired, we considered cancelling the reservation but no other property nearby was currently available. As a result, we went elsewhere until a later time to check-in. The facilities are old but still acceptable considering the price range. It has fridge, microwave but no hair dryer. There are not a lot of hotels near this location, considering the risk of unable to check-in in the future without options of getting substitutions at a reasonable of time, I will not stay again and I will not recommend.

Bed was comfy. Shower pressure was strong. Staff were friendly.

Building is old. Room looks rundown. You get what you pay for.

Locatiion very good for our needs

Not a lot of hanging space. Layout of sink and coffee station not good. Took a long time to get any hot water.

Great value, excellent stay; I'll be back!

Excellent staff, services, cleanliness, and utilities--the commitment to cleanliness was particularly impressive and thorough! Thank you for your efforts!

Toward the end of my stay, the wifi became a bit iffy. Until then it was way above expectations so I wasn't upset by this!

Best for the least cost in that area of Puyallup.

Lots of hot water and beds were comfortable. The location was excellent for ingress and egress.

Complimentary breakfast was a zero. Lots of ambient noise outside and in the building but is a 1980's structure and next to freeway and busy roads.
