I like the location of the hotel.
I didn’t like that it stated the hotel had transportation to and from the airport which was the main reason I booked and come to find out it was a lie. And I also didn’t like that I didn’t know it was a hold on my card for a 100 until after I checked out I was informed of this before I booked the stay. The elevator didn’t work so I had to carry all my luggage up 3 flights

If you don’t smoke or traveling with kids please do not even consider this place, as soon as you enter the lobby you going yo get hoy with smoke smell, all the way to the rooms I could not taste my food with the smoke taste in my mouth, headache, IF YOU SMOKE YOULL BE FINE

The location to restaurants and convention center was good
It smelled, floors in our room were dirty, they didn’t have forks, which we expected to have since it had a kitchenette, the grab and go breakfast wasn’t really a breakfast at all. The elevator only worked half the time
1.0 / 10.0
The location of this facility was perfect for our needs but it failed miserably on all other accounts.
1. A long wait to check in;
2. Poorly maintained building and grounds;
3. Broken elevator;
4. Laughable “breakfast;”
5. Roaches.

the staff and location
Property needs to clean better, I changed rooms three times. showers don’t work right, there was mold visible on the ceiling. pillows had stains on them, luckily I bring my own seats and pillows cases.

Having internet. I needed it but was not available.
The web site said they have breakfast. I don't think having only a coffee bar qualifies as breakfast. There having no food sucks.

Overall everything was nice.
The scent of smoke entering the location.

There is never anyone at the reception desk. Expect to sit and wait for 15-20 for someone to come back to the desk. Staff was very rude...we were an inconvience to them. One exception, the girl at the front desk for one shift was really nice.

location
no breakfast and no airport/cruise shuttle

Location was good. Room seemed clean. They were kind enough to call a taxi for me to get to the cruise port.
There should be hair dryers and coffee pots in rooms. They are "available on request" only. I was only staying one night so didn't want to bother. A granola bar is not a grab and go breakfast, other than coffee, that was all that was offered. Most of the time there was nobody at the front desk, except at check out time in the morning. My room had the worst water pressure ever.

Nothing!
It's the only cheaper hotel in the area so you know what to expect.
Closer to the cruise terminal.
-Staff is generally polite and trying to help but most of the time, the girl at front desk is busy because of lack of personal working in the property.
-Room is okay with minimum facilities comparing to the nightly price. It's extended stay coming with kitchen but you have to ask for utensils, cups, plates and etc at the front desk.
-The TV has a big scratch on it, signal is very bad so as WIFI and everything in this hotel seems to almost reach its breaking point or already broken without proper maintenance.
-Don't even try the breakfast, it's pathetic. Breakfast is available only up to 9:30am including the coffee.
-There are some restaurants around, supermarket Publix is walkable distance without a car.

Nothing. Was nothing like the pictures in my opinion. Complevel run down and not well managed at all.
Every part of it but had a short stay and managed. They for sure had a roach problem going on because we found a few ourselves in the room but they had like Hazmat coverings over different room doors like they were bombing the place. Overall was a completely wreak of a place to stay.

Nothing. Most terrible overpriced experience, even for a 2 star hotel. We mnew we Could not expect any luxe but this was really bad! Just don't book here!
The room was dirty, old and noisy. Walls are from paper. It was like sleeping on the sidewalk so loud were the outside noises. The room and hallway smelled. There were fruitflies in the room. Beds are small. Not worth over 50$ per night.

Yasmilda, the morning front desk staff is very sweet, will make your morning better. Coffee is very good. Great location, in the middle between the airport and cruise ship terminal. Vito's restaurant across the street very good. Another Italian restaurant is two doors down. The room has a refrigerator, microwave and stove. Front desk has forks, plates and other supplies. If your on a budget and save on eating out, you can cook in, because of the room price(alittle high). The location may cause that.
The A/C was good, as the room temp started to rise, the A/C kicked in and kept the room at almost the same temp.
Where do I start. Stay on the even number rooms unless you want to be woke up early. The odd number rooms face a strip mall, trash trucks pick up early, was still dark out. Rooms are plain looking. I am spending the nite only, cruise ship next morning. Good for one nite. Had no remote for the TV, called front desk, went down to get it, didn't work on TV. If your a diabetic, the very small amount of breakfast items are high in sugar. DRINK the coffee. Bed was too hard for me. The room size was alright, I have had smaller and have larger. It was leaning alittle towards the small side. I was solo, so it didn't matter. I thought the room price was alittle high but may be do to location.

Near to cruise port.
damp smell, recent water damage to ground lobby floor requiring several extraction fans in use.
