The bed was to hard, who wants watch themselves to the bathroom it was so small I Needs a elevator when you are a senior it's hard to walk up 3 flights of stairs So No I was not Happy.

very outdated, bedding was uncomfortable, did not feel the safest staying there.

the staff was very nice especially at check in. however they allow questionable individuals to roam their hotel.. when asked for towels I was told they didn’t have any until I made it clear that I was only given 2 towels when I booked a stay for 4 people… then an hour later I was given towels.. A younger gentleman was very helpful. However the rooms were not very clean I had someone else’s hair in my shower and there was dirt on the floor.. Hotel could use some updating

it was ok, definitely not a place I would stay with young children more like a place you would book for a “high school hotel party”

My stay was eerily quiet due to me traveling solo and the t.v. not working. I didn’t want to shower in the dingy-lookin

the location and friendly receptionist.

the bathtub was stained & peeling. The walk paint was peeling. The tv would not keep a satellite signal.

The room was clean and comfortable. Staff were very pleasant.

The facility overall requires attention. The rooms could use some touch-up . The outside shows some age.

No heat so the 2 sheets didn’t keep us warm

it was convenient, comfortable and clean Staff were very pleasant.

very convenient getting off and on I95. There was a gas station right there as well as several restaurant.

Noisy neighbors.

Not at all up to Ramada Inn expectations.

Coffee was hot and had necessary cream/sugar and lids

Very shabby. Heat did not work to maintain ee were cold. Lots of deferred maintenance from at least ten years. Non-smoking room reeked of smoke. Fabrics were torn and stained. Other people's hair in tub. When I complained to the manager, she blamed me for not changing rooms. Was beligerent.

The stay was functional.

The room was good, Staff at check in was nice. Staff in the morning sat in a back office never saw her. Breakfast, not so great minimal signs stating could not bring to room. Pastry was dry. basically what you can do at home oatmeal and cold cereal.

I ask for a later check out, was refused slow season only have PT cleaning person.

Passable

Neighbors had four kids who were screaming and crashing into things all night. They had visitors at 4 am who knocked on the door nonstop and yelled. Place was empty and we could have easily received a room away from this family. Okay enough, not fully the hotel's fault.
