To much noise, Comcast was down the entire time, the room seemed cleaned but had a funky smell.

My wife sleeps with an anxiety blanked and the staff when they made the bed tucked her special blanket in-between the top sheet and the top blanket.

There was a lot of noise late in the nights, well beyond the time of night that there should have been. The noise was next door as well as above us that kept us up. Comcast was out the entire time. The room was clean however it smelled a little funky.

Due to billing issues, I would not recommend this hotel.

Location was close to the funeral we had to attend.

Our original reservation was for Apr 20-25; but we had to change our dates (Apr 27-May 2) due to a date change of the funeral. We made the reserveration changing in Booking.com and it was accepted. The hotel charged our credit card on 4/20 for the original reservation and again for the actual stay. We notified the hotel staff during our actual stay of the duplicate billing and the staff was unable to resolve the issue. Then, upon return home, we notified Billing.com of the error. To date, this issue has not been resolved and we have not received a refund for the original reservation dates that were charged in error.

it’s the little things that mean a lot. so needless to say we will not be staying here again!

staff was helpful at check in. didn’t like that I was never told about an extra $75 deposit due to using Booking.com ahead of time.

I booked a disability access room that I did not get. so my family member couldn’t even shower.

Cheap stay but I have had much worse experiences at much more expensive places.

Cheap price, but quality exceeded expectations. Clean room that smelled nice when entering. Nice front desk people.

It is an older building but the rooms were well taken care of. A/C was hard to figure out, an old analog control unit for it made it hard to get the right temp.
