Staff are standoffish. The hotel is undergoing renovations and there is construction debris and dust everywhere. Fire alarm was covered with tape. Room was not cleaned thoroughly.

The stay got me pumped and looking forward to another stay there!

Convenience- close to stores, restaurants and etc.

Limited parking. I was fortunate to have handicap parking pass.

Definitely wouldn’t stay there again

The hotel was clean. The location of the hotel was great.

There was $50 charge if we wanted to check in early. The hotel needed to be renovated. Everything was old, the bathroom door needed to be replaced. The tube had an extra hole in it. The cable guide was not readable. Definitely was not worth the money I paid to stay there. Very disappointed and wouldn’t recommend to stay there.

Overall good stay, quiet and clean.

Hotel is clean and in a convenient location. Very close to interstate, stores, and Short Pump town center. This time around, we did not try the breakfast. I like that checkout time was at noon.

We’ve stayed here a few times before. Hotel could use some updating, furniture is dated. The guide on the tv did not work. However I know renovation costs money so I can’t say much.

Junita is always polite. Never have an issue with her. But the young man does not have a very pleasant attitude.

Our room had bed bugs.now I have bites on my arm, back, and leg.when went and told the front desk The young man moved us., did not compensate anything I told the manager while standing there said they would take care of it And then didn't even tell the next shift what happened now I'm worried they have that room out again. Very unprofessional ready to call health department to let them inspect

Good location. We have been there before and liked the area. A few things had gone downhill but we were in town for Nascar race.

The hot tub was not working. There is no longer a bar. Had to ask for towels.

We had 4 guests but there was only 1 bath towel in the room. We had to ask the front desk for toilet paper. Garbage bins in the room were never emptied by staff. It appeared no one came to room at any point. Bathroom door was damaged.

Called three times from my car because my GPS wouldn't take the address on the web. the called was answered and I was immediately told to hold, then no one picked up. I pulled over my car and found another hotel in the area.

I would stay again. Friendly staff & clean facilities. Just a handful of minor inconveniences.

Cold AC, clean, friendly staff

The tv in my room was broken, although the AC was cool and felt nice, during certain times it got very loud and had a rattling noise. Someway somehow through neighboring doors or the air vents rattling off of things it sounded like someone was attempting to get into my room all night. After several checks no one was there but it still caused paranoia.

sad I expected much better

location

the condition of the room. the bed was right next to the ac/heat unit which the front cover which was tapped to the unit was falling off and blocked access to that side of the bed. Also the staff was randomly available. when I called there was no one answering the phone and no one at the desk when I went down to alert them or when I left.
