Location
Lack of maintenance, Cleanliness and supply of towels.

Bed was comfortable.
No air conditioning in hallways. Side door of building jimmied open permanently. Broken.
Hotel room door didn't lock. Hallway smelled of weed. Elevator chronically broken. Permanent printed signs reporting "future repair,"

Not much, they had a Hooters attaches so easy convenience for food.
It was absolutely filthy, I found a used joint in my room. I booked a non smoking room and they gave me a smoking room. The whole property smelled like weed and cigarette smoke. The staff was rude and one of them used their key to get into our room while my friends and I were changing. When staff was told about it, they belittled us.

nothing
nothing worked, people walked in our room, smell of marijuana, no water, no functioning elevators, noisy.

the hotel wasn't horrible the room was decent for what it cost anymore. I had to work in the area and this was the most affordable hotel in the area. I liked that there was a place to have a drink and eat attached to the hotel.
I had the fuel in my work truck stolen while parked in the hotel lot overnight I know why they have signs everywhere that say they are not responsible for theft because it probably happens a lot. would be good if they had cameras in the lot for the protection of the guests.

Nothing
The rude man that checked us in, the broken down elevator, the false ad for 2 beds only gave us 1 bed, every customer we saw was complaining

The pool. Although it was cold in the pool area the water was warm but once u got out you had to leave right away because it was too cold.
The elevator wasn't working I have 2 small children and had to walk up and down 4 flights of stairs everytime I wanted to go somewhere. Not what I was looking for at all and never once said the elevator didn't work until check-in which was too late.

The toilet stopped working, both elevators didn't work (which was a serious problem for two people with physical disabilities and with an infant). Check-in took nearly 45 minutes because there was no one at the front desk, then when there were a few amenities missing in the room, another 30 minutes to get them from the front desk manager who didn't want to provide them and again wasn't at the desk. I would expect this from a $50-70 hotel, not from one that charged nearly $120 for the night.

not much
elevators didn’t work, rude staff, tv was glitchy, dirty stairwell, Hooters food was ok, outlets in lights wouldn’t hold a Plug
when I checked in, I told the desk guy that the elevator didn’t work. he walked over to elevator, he proceeded to show me how to use an elevator. he pressed the button then pointed to the down arrow, and said “you press this button, then the arrow lights up, and the numbers count down 5,4,3,2,1”. it obviously didn’t work, and then continued to tell me that it worked.
I mean come on dude, seriously?
in my opinion it isn’t safe, the elevator needs checked out

I didn't like the fact that the pool had a hole in there and I twisted my ankle with swole the next day I have my 10-year-old son in the pool with me what if he would have hurt his leg and fell the remote batteries were dead I had to put my own batteries in there the air conditioner didn't work have going off and on making a real loud noise and smell like the engine was smoking on the air conditioner I showed the front desk the hole in the pool let them know I hurt my foot and they said they'll take care of it never asked was I okay never offered me anything and they said they have a full gym two of the machines while working the sauna room the light was out wasn't working
