Very close to the airport. Dennys next door and many other restaurants close by.

Nowhere to take a walk. No exercise room.

HORRIBLE HOTEL

Nothing, the pool was closed and being renovated and that is not on this website to tell us this

It smelled so bad as they were renovating. Like chemical smell gave me and my daughter a headache. The pool was closed and not posted that it would be. I mentioned to the front office staff that I didn't see it on the website she proceeded to raise her voice and tell me it was my fault because it is posted and it's not their fault that I didn't see it. I told her that she has terrible customer service and she continues to argue that she did. It was horrible I have never been attacked by someone like this while checking in anywhere. It wasn't cleaned properly and the old coffee pod was still in the coffee pot. There was trash on the ground and not emptied. We will never go there again for the price we paid it was the worse hotel we have been to. DO NOT GO TO THIS HOTEL EVER

Clean hotel in a safe location

Even though the facility was relatively older, they made a good job keeping it clean. Not an easy task but they did it. Swimming pool was well designed for families with kids - warm and shallow water. The area looked safe too. Breakfast was not bad.

After Covid most hotels don’t clean rooms and replace towels, coffee pods, etc. But most bring new towels and coffee when you need. Here, you have to bring the soiled towels to the reception to get fresh ones, which was annoying.

Very, very disappointed with this hotel!!

I usually stay at this hotel but I was charged $50.00/ toy poodle so I paid $100.00 for 2 tiny dogs on top of an expensive room fee!!!

Our room was really filthy for the price we paid to stay there!

Decent stay in Great Falls

The rom was spacious. Staff at the front desk were pleasant and helpful when we were looking for a restaurant for dinner. Breakfast buffet was adequate.

The pillows were really uncomfortable and the room could have been cleaner, especially the toilet which hadn't been properly cleaned.
