The breakfast was good and the room clean
The clerk was very unfriendly the Air conditioner didn't work and they assigned us a room upstairs when I asked for a downstairs

Nothing
The beds had bug sheds and black spots all over sheets and pillowcases cases, in the bathroom there was hair in the sink and the whole hotel smells musty. There where multiple outlets that where burned this place is a fire hazard. When brought up to the condition to property management only thing they would say is they don’t offer refunds it’s their policy!

Coffee was terrible. Did not eat breakfast
Maintenance. First room I got was freezing and heater made obnoxious noise. I played audio recording for clerk who didn't apologize, but did find me another room quickly. The second room was disgusting. I have photos.

We had a awesome stay. Better than Harrahs! I'd recommend to anyone.
Breakfast can be a bit better.

Breakfast ok, short on protein, but hot food available. Beef was very comfortable. Room was clean. Staff was helpful.
Need a luggage lift to 2nd floor😂

Font desk person needs to speak English. A public bathroom is needed. Reputation in community that is is a place for drug addicts. People laugh about the motels in Council Bluff, IA.

The air conditioning was very good. Convenient to the highway. Nice appearance.
Breakfast had very little protein. The first room assigned had not been cleaned. There were dirty towels in the bathroom.

The sheets and pillow cases were turned inside out and had definitely been slept on prior to me. I arrived at 430 p.m. and my room was being cleaned when I got to the door, so I had to wait in the lobby until it was ready. The entire hotel (entrance, lobby, eating area, hallway by the pool) was piled high with junk. I will never stay here again nor recommend it to anyone.

room was missing lots of furniture (desk staff said “no table” & offered double Queen room instead - wish we would’ve changed) but we had booked king bed room and it was the last one
room looked under construction - paint on bed sheets, light fixture in bathroom without cover. no furniture on one half of room - only bed and dresser and chair. no table or other dresser that the TV sets on. lamps on floor.
worst the bar in the shower fell loose multiple times and was not secure. stained (washed?) bedding from sheets to cover blanket
mediocre breakfast w terrible coffee.

Proximity to IWCC
Dirty rooms, lousy breakfast. The place is in the midst of a renovation; hopefully it improves.

I believe it has changed ownership or COVID has changed it alot. Used to be a really fun place. They grilled hotdogs and made cookies in the evening. Breakfast is not as good either.
Just miss the way it was.
