Extremely comfortable bed, super

The most important feature I look for whenever I am looking for a hotel is cleanliness. The room was impecable from what I can see. It absolutely met my expectations.

I was extremely and utterly disappointed at how filthy the pool water it looked murky. To make things worse, I believe there was a party going on and the pool was full of boys ranging from 7-9 years old diving in the water, running all around the pool and using gym facilities unattended. Therefore we didn’t Get a chance to use the pool, for those 2 reasons.

Elevator did not work and was going to be put on the 4th floor. So had to cancel. No way was I taking two kids and all our luggage up to the fourth floor.

The room was ok , but with the elevator down and ride management, I will not go back

I was.very disappointed. We were suppose to be able to check into the room at 4. They didn’t have our room ready until 7pm. The manager Laticia was very rude. Also the elevator was out of service and we had to walk up and down 4 flights of stairs, which made a major inconvenience. The hotel management was rude and very unprofessional. Wasn’t happy with the hotel at all.

The staff was friendly

Elevator was down during our stay and we were on the 3rd floor going up and down with luggage and our 2 toddlers. The room had an off musty smell and the caulking in the tub was breaking you could see the pink slime.

Don't plan on returning

Pool and facilities were nice and the staff were short handed but did an excellent job.

Elevator was broken, Bed was uncomfortable, and the toilet was dirty when we arrived but the staff did offer another room or to clean it immediately. I requested a voucher for another stay but was denied for the inconveniences.

Horrible stay Letcia and christina where very rude when checking in would not recommend staying here

I didnt like anything about this hotel the food sucked the pancake maker was broken pool was closed and small

Leticia and Christina that work at night where completely rude and disrespectful I asked Christina for some extra towels and she rolled her eyes and then she came back and handed me the towels and told me to hurry up and grab then. I will never book with this hotel again because of leticia and christina absolutely disgusting on how they treat there customers

very friendly staff and clean

too much chlorine in the pool, I understand that it’s spring break but the breakfast that is offered wasn’t enough for everyone to enjoy. The elevator broke and we stayed on the third floor. Had to take two trips to bring down our things.

I live with my sister that is undergoing chemo and radiation treatments. It’s been a rough time for her and myself. when

Everything is so clean and bright. Staff very friendly.

The only thing I didn’t like is that I had to be at work by 6am. I would have loved to sleep in on that big comfortable bed and enjoy the free breakfast.

Even though they were short staffed they were friendly.

I room had a mood smell and so did the hallways. My daughter vomited and when I ask for extra towels to clean up, the staff didn't bother to ask if I need help.
