The suite was so nicely put. And overall the deco Is nicely capitalizing on “winter ski” feeling which makes it warm and nice. The restaurant is awesome and the staff at the diner was incredible.
The breakfast is disappointing, especially when the level of the restaurant at dinner time is high.

location was great, had everything you needed

The staff was pleasant and it is a great inn with a lot of history. I graduated from PSC in the 90s and always enjoy visiting Plymouth. It's a great area.

The Lodge is very clean and staff are very friendly. Excellent continental breakfast with lots of options. Coffee and hot chocolate available in the lobby was a bonus. We were staying at the Lodge to attend a wedding at the Barn on the Pemi in Plymouth, NH. The location of the lodge was close to the venue which was very nice.

Real fast was great, the pool was great
Very confusing- we booked the common man main propriety, which was clearly stated on all the reservations and even the review us follow up email, yet our hotel was off site at their sister site the “lodge” this was not what I was expecting and the only way we found this out was during check out when we got to the main location. This stay was for pleasure only and if we new we weren’t not staying the the main building we would have found a different hotel. We were traveling with 2 little kids and needed to make multiple trips to the main hotel for dinner, the pool and the following mornings breakfast. Not to mention is was also -3 degrees that weekend so this was not an easy task. They really need to make booking more clear in the main title, the address and pictures of the second location because we felt this was very unfair and we essentially were tricked.

Best part of the visit was Tom in the Breakfast Bar. Great food and entertaining.
Would have preferred to stay in the Inn, but the Lodge was clean and nice rooms.
One item...we didn't have a cork screw and asked the front desk to borrow one...but they didn't have one either.
A bummer....bottle of wine and no way to open it.

Convenient location, friendly staff, comfortable and clean rooms
Slightly expensive, but it was a work trip and I expensed it so it was fine. On a personal trip it may have been out of budget.

Cost was fair.
Waited 1 hour after check in time for our to be ready, after room was ready front desk told us they didn’t have a working pack and play for my 1 year old daughter to sleep when I called the morning of our stay see if they could have one sent to our room, they front desk said it would be no problem and they would have one in the room ready on arrival. So after waiting all that I’m the lobby four our room to be ready and the lack of a bed four out child it was a terrible experience in which the hotel didn’t offer any solution besides a refund. Terrible.

The look, feel, style and warmth. Everything was great except for our continental breakfast at the lodge.
The muffins were soggy and fresh cold drinking water should have been available 24/7. Water dispenser was out of order. The spot the microwave was located in was not convenient to use.

Great location right off the highway
Can’t really think of anything

Clean rooms, polite employees, great restaurant
we did not know that we are going to be located off props.

I was given cold biscuits and gravy for breakfast. Had to pay for it, even though my booking said my breakfast was included in my rate.

The pool & jacuzzi were really nice, and the staff was very welcoming.
I really didn't appreciate staying at an "off-site" building that required driving to get to the main hotel (where the spa & restaurant were). I chose this hotel for a 1 night stay hoping to forget about my car for a few hours, and enjoy the pool & restaurant on site.

The restaurant was delicious!
I didn’t like that the room was in another building so we had to do the run around to try and check in. I booked through booking and they didn’t have my reservation but I had my confirmation number. Took about 45 min to check in and back and forth to different properties. We finally get settled and get up to the room and it wasn’t even the room I booked. They did fix that but still more time to check in. Don’t think I would stay at this property again.
