Pleasant

this was our second stay. we like the location as it’s halfway between the family we visit. the manager is pleasant and it’s pretty quiet.

we stayed in a different building this time and it was smaller than the previous room. the bed was not the greatest, mattress was a bit saggy in the middle. the dish drainer full of dishes had been stuffed under the sink and everything needed washing. we found a pacifier under/next to the bed. the tv remote in the bedroom didn’t work at all. definitely not as nice a stay this time.

Location

The room was poorly managed. Attempts to repair were very evident but not complete, like quick patches. The floor seemed to have been recently laid but was not properly secured and moved as you walked across the room. The imitation wood floors were, in my opinion, a safety hazard.

The room was not cleaned both times we stayed. Very limited supplies in kitchen. The bed was very u comfortable.

I stayed at the property twice. Both times the room was not clean when I checked in. There is very limited supplies in the kitchen. Bed was extreme uncomfortable.

With a clean, comfortable suite at good pricing, I would choose this place again when in the area.

My suite was spacious and clean, the HVAC worked great, the bed was comfortable, and my request for a ground floor room was accommodated.

I was surprised to find NO clothes hangers in the roomy closet, and with the limited office hours had no way to try to get some. Also as with many hotels, the bathtub drain was very slow, could use a dose of Drano.

Our visit was pleasant, the people nice and we would stay again

Beverly was very friendly. The property was convenient to where we needed to be. There was an issue, maintenance related so no one’s fault, we had to change rooms but the staff made it simple.

I have to say the parent company could do a little refurbishing. Bathrooms might be a good place to start.

overall the apt was ok. Nothing stood out. Luckily I tried back, because the day before, the hotel was overbook and I ha

very convenient to work; I like that there was a full size kitchen with stove/oven for use; cable tv channels were a plus with HBO and lots of others to choose from.

Walls and baseboards needs deep cleaning.. The tub also had stains, it reeked of a mens cologne upon entering the apartment. it was almost offensive, but I was so tired that I just wanted to shower and rest. the bedroom tv remote did not work which was frustrating since I had to keep getting up to change channels. The mirror in the bedroom could’ve been full length. Bad lighting in the bathroom

Great place to stay while in class in Hudson, NC. Nice place to rest and it was peaceful and quiet!

Great location and great and friendly manager. She went above and beyond to make things great!

Refrigerator was dirty and stove had broken burner. Manager did above and beyond to make it right! She is a super asset to your company!

Size and was quiet.

You have to take out your trash. No one brings fresh towels. Microwave didn't work. Key didn't work one night and office hardly ever open. Carpet nasty. Stayed 3 nights and room never cleaned and no fresh towels or rags.

It was a pleasant stay. But very pricey for what it is. Really thought it would be better for that p

No breakfast. The location is good. It's tucked away. You hear fed ex horns every morning but it was fine.

Wifi was awful. Tv in main room was awful. The volume didnt work on the remote.
