Pool was open and clean, rooms were clean, decent location
The front counter staff was not pleasant or helpful, we were given keys to a room that was already occupied. We asked for a late check out of noon and were locked out of our room at 11am
2.5
Our room was very clean and there was an outdoor hottub.
For the price of the room, I would expect it to be updated and a breakfast should have been provided.

Oscar and housekeeping are great
5.0
Oscar is the most happiest and friendly staff member. He is helpful and very understanding. I would recommend this Inn to everybody. Housekeeping is also great and friendly too.
There are no complaints.
1.5
The service was horrible no breakfast way over priced beds were rock hard shower leaked half the lights didn’t work never again
2.0
Good value, and good location. Room was clean. Small fridge was cold, and microwave was good sized.
NO hot or even warm water at all. Not in the shower or the sink.
I expected to use the shower, and let the water run for quite a while. I tried turning the handle every way possible. I have stayed there several times before and it was always fine. IF I book again, I will take a staff member with me to verify that the water is working correctly. I called the office and told them about the water, they apologized, and said someone would check it out. But, it was too late for me and my husband.

The shower
The sheets were scratchy. Couldn't manage air conditioner. Hot then too cold.

Quiet convenient and safe
prices are too dynamic

Very clean rooms. Maid service excellent.
Location to north and south wine country great.
Rooms are dark - could use an upgrade. No continental breakfast as stated but coffee availBle in the room.

The property was in a good location within walking distance of several restaurants. When I had trouble using the coffee machine, a maintenance person showed me how to work it easily.
The lobby was always closed, you had to use the bell to get help. No breakfast was provided, so I did put some food purchased in Santa Rosa in the refrigerator.
3.0
It was close to Hiway 101 which saved us from doing a long 4 hour drive back to te Bay Area and gave us a chance to stop at a winery along Hiway 128.
It is a basic motel room but did have small fridge and coffee-maker.
It was quiet and nice to sit in the sun by the pool.
2.0
The exterior of property including the parking lot looks well kept. Interior of room may have been recently painted and the shower/tub and bath floor tile looked recently updated.
Mattress needed replacing. linens were thin--bedding and towels. had to ask for sheets to be replaced as a there were stains on them. a side chair was extraordinarily dirty as were the window coverings. Room way over-priced.

Location
Broken hottub and no breakfast. They lied in their website. Phone in the room doesn't ever work cant talk to front office. Horrible pillows and uncomfortable mattress.

it was quiet. got a handycap room so we didn't have to step over a tub side. did not know it would be a roll in shower (silly me) for wheel chair. water went all over the floor and had to use all the towels to swab it up.

The check in was easy and person was kind and understanding.
The heater sounds like a jet engine roaring next to your bed every 4 minutes. It was torture trying to sleep in the incredibly thin blankets when you are woken up every few minutes by not just the noise of your own heater but also every heater in the rooms next to you.
The lock on the door is old and anyone could have gotten into our room. The toiletries and coffee cups were already unwrapped. The carpet was filthy.
4.0
I did not have breakfast. The location is easily accessible and within walking distance to other places to eat and a theatre.
Sometimes you can hear others talking in the room next door
4.0
The location was great, across the t from the Citrus Fair.
4.5
Clean and comfortable. Just what we needed
