Lobby was already closed and it was only 7pm. For a low budget motel you had to initial quite a bit for things you would be charged for. $100 deposit is charged to your card & refund

Location
Back set of buildings sketchy. Not a safe feeling. Family living in one of the rooms were very disruptive. Running in halls and screaming until after 10pm. Multiple calls to desk were made.

The noise level was terrible, dogs barking in the room next door. People setting around outside our door. No coffee maker or place on property to get coffee... Really bad for the Motel 6 name. A van on property that looks like it's been sitting there for a long time. Tires flat...

The rooms were very clean! And the Staff was very friendly! I will be visiting the pool next time I come!
I reserved a room with 2 beds and one was supposed to be bigger than the other, but it wasn't a super big deal!

I have never met a more compassionate staff as they have. My husband had an issue while there and the entire staff was out providing assistance.

The beds were comfy & clean
Location)- strange people in parking lot area day & night just hanging out , music & dancing - our room needs a major remodel job as I suspect the entire place does - it looks & feels very outdated & there are visible signs of repairs needed - I am glad we only stayed one night- thank you

Location was great. Staff we interacted with was great.
There were roaches, sliding door didn’t lock, the hallways smells like smoke (both kind), someone was sleeping in the laundry room.
5.0
Very noisy at night, noisy visitors barking dogs, middle-low class visitors. But the staff are friendly and the rooms are clean.

Availability of room due to Hurricane Ian and location.
The room had a terrible odor, there were small German roaches, the microwave was dirty underneath, and we had to hold our noses in the hallway getting to our room - it was very bad.

I like that we were able to get a room so late in the process. The room itself was fairly nice and comfortable. My only issue is with the floor which is extremely slippery when your shoes are wet....I am handicapped and I did slip and fall. I lost my left leg when I was run over by a pickup truck while rollerblading. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioner was effective in keeping the room at a comfortable temperature. The rooms should have runners to avoid the danger of a slip and fall. I liked that the fridge was a waist-high size to allow for more storage. The microwave was a nice add. That is not always available in other hotel stays. My issue is that this microwave was corroded inside. I had concerns about using it. I have never seen a microwave that is corroded inside. The bathroom was fine. I do not recall seeing a question in booking.com's site asking if i needed a handicap room. This was important because my room was all the way in the back....on the second floor...and exactly in the middle from one end to the other end. There was no elevator. Without an elevator, there can be no carts. Having to make multiple trips from my car to the room was difficult because the stairs were extremely dangerous.when wet. I did slip off one step once while climbing up going from my car. My prosthetic leg slipped off one step and did end up hitting the step below. This led to swelling in my leg because of the impact. Normally I would have mentioned I was handicap and asked for a room on the first floor. I did not know there was no elevator and I was not sure there were any other rooms to ve had while the hurricane was set to hit. I still should have asked. I only slipped once but those stairs made me very nervous going up and down. Wheh it was announced that the hurricane was hitting south I contacted booking.com to cancel the remaining days of my stay. I was originally planning on staying from Monday to Saturday.
Room floors very slippery if shoes are wet or the floor was wet
Stairs were very dangerous when wet.
The microwave was corroded inside.
There was no elevator for someone handicap.
No security personnel for the back building. There was ample lighting though.
While the rooms were clearly marked no smoking, there was a strong smell of weed in the hallway.
My remote had no backing and I had difficulty changing thr channels with it

The location
First, there wasn't a lobby so the fresh coffee and such does not exist. What does exist are roaches in the microwave, bathroom and sleeping area. The fresh sent of Marijuana could be smelled throu out the entire property.

The Pool was working.
There were a lot of roaches and I’m pretty sure they put most of the black people, the loud people, and the drug users in the back. And well I’m black so you can guess where I were at.
