Breakfast, friendly employees, nice room
Need grab bars in shower

Nothing
I had to clean my shower tub when I arrived because it was full of dirt. Over a cup of actual sandy dirt. The shower did not drain well the whole stay, and I got out of the shower each time with an inch of water pooled in the tub. The first shower towel I used was not washed. It was full of someone else's hair and hair oil products. My bedding had stains on it. The floors were covered in the same loose dirt from the shower. The cleaners kept waking us up at 8am walking in the room without knocking, even with the privacy sign up. Twice they just left the door hanging open after they woke us up and we had to get up to close it. The whole hotel smelled like pet urine and mold. Worst hotel I've ever stayed in.

Clean and comfortable room. Friendly staff.
Complimentary breakfast was basic. But it did have fresh, make your own waffles.

I needed a place to shower and sleep. No complaints. I'm handicapped and the room was well equipped. Room was clean. Huge bonus for me no carpet!

No internet working. Poor breakfast with very weak coffee.

The breakfast area looked clean . Seemed to have good choices. 3-4 tables with chairs. Waffles smelled good.
Waffle mix was gone. However the staff offered to refill without hesitation. However I didn't wait. The view from the window was a wooden fence.

Quiet room, comfortable bed, good shower, loved the wood floor (so much more sanitary than carpet), easy parking. Max at the front desk was very helpful.
Limited space around the sink for toiletries. There were no towel racks in the bathroom. No one wants a wet hand towel that doesn’t dry laying next to the sink, and it’s very difficult for anyone who stays more than one night and wants to help the environment by reusing towels. Please do your guests a favor and add some towel racks.

It was a plain, linoleum floored room that was clean and adequate. I wanted an inexpensive place and got one. I also was pleased to find it was in a walkable neighborhood that felt safe and appealing.
I wish they'd had, or I'd found, outdoor space to sit -- picnic tables, or cafe tables perhaps, or even a bench. The room felt very stark, but the bed was comfy and the price was right.

Reasonably priced hotel right off the interstate with free parking.

great location
staff was a little loud in the morning.

Front desk was always friendly and helpful; the location is great! I walked my dog around the neighbourhood and even into the trail in the woods before checking out. Good layout of the rooms with the pet-friendly wing.
Don't know if it can be helped but the doors shutting make a very loud noise which makes dogs want to bark... but considering that we had the room right beside the front desk and that all the pet-friendly rooms were occupied, the noise level wasn't too bad.

It was a great value for the money. A nice sized room with good mattresses. The breakfast was basic but it did have hot waffles and a nice place to sit. We would definitely stay here again.
Mattresses and pillows were good but the bed was a little creaky and the freezer needed defrosting. There were a few cosmetic issues but overall a great stay for a Budget motel. Thank you very much

Plenty of channels on TV. Comfortable bed.
Clogged drain in the shower. The water did not run down the drain. You have to send in dirty water. Very dusty room. Small face towels were dusty, these had to be in the bathroom for some time.

had construction going on mad early 6am and kicked us out a day before Christmas eve due to construction and said there was no rooms but checked people in. Front desk lady/owner was very rude and disrespectful

NOTHING!
Claiming pets are allowed, then complaining about barking & an accidental release into the hallway. They have a policy of owners remaining in the room with their pet, but didn’t inform me of this policy during my booking or during checkin. Then threatened to throw me out!!!!

Stayed here with my better half and don en route to visit family. We picked up dinner at a grocery store on route and were thrilled to have both a microwave and fridge. The breakfast was also great since we could make our own waffles. Finally, we were thrilled that our dog stayed for free! We will definitely be looking for a Red Roof Inn next time we need to stay with him.
the breakfast coffee wasn't great, but we survived.
