it in the end was a ok choice made from a long way , but might pick another site next time .

That is was not for from the function I was attending . Had places to eat close by . It was reasonably priced

That people actually I believe lived there and not very sound proof . Whoever was next door was up half the night making noise and I was trying to sleep . And a staff member although kind had the lobby over powering with body odor .

Nothing

Our bathroom door was destroyed, handle falling off and door broke around it. Room door barely shut. I talked to an employee about my concerns and he said there was nothing he could do for me. We left to go to a different hotel and I asked for a refund and was told no because they could now move me rooms after I already left.

If all you need is a bed and a shower with absolutely no amenities, this is your place.

Convenient to our destination, very clean, pillows were nice, price was ok

Towels were flimsy, no shampoo and were charged $2 for a 1-ounce bottle, no tissues, no USB port in room, noises from outside and adjacent rooms, no hair dryer, outside of building needs new paint job.

Great value, Clean & Quiet. Staff was helpful

It was very clean & quiet. Also it was pet friendly

We reserved a disability access room MONTHS AGO. It was a very long walk from the door (especially from the 1 door with a ramp) - it was 1-1/2 halls away. The shower had no grab bars, a standard height toilet & no rails in bathroom. Not sure what quantified this room as disability access except the hardwood floors. If I used a wheelchair, there would have been NO WAY to access the toilet.

What breakfast. You mean the cold coffee. Sure but that was the least of their problems

Dirty room, dirty bathroom, the whole place stinks of weed

Location

One or more of the staff stole & heavily used my credit card information, I offered to just take a settlement of what they took from me and that would be the end of the investigation, but when questioned, the woman on staff became extremely defensive, unhelpful, & combative, I'm guessing she was in on it. Won't ever stay there again unless management & staff are investigated & replaced.

pets allowed and it smelled like pets. dog in roomnext to us went crazy when its owners left him in the room. no toiletries in room or at front desk on request. having a small bottle of shampoo and conditioner is a must.

Access to freeway, nice bed, ac/heater

Doors slamming. Should have slow closers on door. Price was not a good value, I could of spent $20 more somewhere else and it would have breakfast and pool

Shirt stay. Made it work.

Front desk helpers were both very polite. The hallways smelled like stale smoke. It’s a no smoking advertised hotel. The room was clean. The shower curtain was pulled away from wall and not repaired. Shower was strong and warm. Bed squeaked.
