The stay was fine and the hotel was clean

The hotel was clean. The staff was friendly, and my overall stay was fine. The only thing I did not care for was they did not allow you to use the pool pass check out time. Most hotels after you check out Still allow you to use the amenities. Everything else was fine

Wonderful

I have stayed at Bay Breeze a number of times over the years. I like the closeness to the boardwalk and the beach. The owner Mike is great.

unpleasant.

location was good

the manager is rude and money hungry. apon our departure the manager checked our room, saw no damages, and ensured me my security deposit would be reimbursed within a week. the 200 dollars was never returned back to me, and when i called to ask what was going on, i was met with extreme attitude and was hung up on. the manager is sly and a theif. i will never be returning.

Very convenient to the boardwalk and neighborhood convenience stores.

Only suggestion is to get a coffee maker in the room, also no reflection of the motel, but whomever was in room 24 was banging and banging four hours on the door at 2 am, very loud, disturbing and had no regard ! Very ratchet folk.

This motel is an absolute nightmare. Stay away.

There is nothing to like for this sorry excuse of a motel. The best part was leaving and having the peace of mind to know that I will never stay there again.

Blood or fluid on the room lampshade. Rust and mold on the shower head. Rust and mold on the bathroom mirror. Sticky fluids on the floor beside the bed. Bullet holes on the door and curtains. Unlaundered sheets with hair on them and holes in the plastic covering the mattress base (presumably to protect the mattress from bedbugs). The room is absolute filth (as is the motel). The staff, if you can call them that, is not present and unresponsive, and their contact website is perpetually down with a 404 error.

Good location and pleasant staff.

The location was very close to our plans that day. The clerk let us check in early and was extremely helpful. The room was clean and the heat worked well.

The only weird thing was the box springs wrapped in plastic.

Comfortable but room needs to be refurbished for current days.

The location is practical: 10 min walk to beach, nearby restaurants. Room was quite clean and bed sheets clean. Very helpful staff. Parking complimentary on premises.

The place needs to be renovated in the last 20 years ago, but A/C works fine. Carpet clean but old. Weak to no Wi-Fi in any room. Tiny room. This is not a 3-star motel based on price, but it is located on NJ shore.

Very good

The overall stay here was great. The location is few blocks from boardwalk but a manageable walk with 2 kids. The room is basic and could be updated but was clean and worked well for couple nights. The best part of our stay was the property manager Mike. Very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed.

Location is about three blocks from the beach. You can easily walk there and a lot of people did. This is an older motel and is outdated with a small pool but we just needed a place to lay our head. I grew up there and only had a few days to show my newly wed husband my stomping grounds, etc. We had no intention of using the pool with the beach just down the street. When booking the room I asked if there could be a bottle of champagne with two glasses and strawberries there waiting for us when we got there. Mike the manager made sure we had the items asked for. With that being said it suited our needs and we would stay there again.

Not the greatest, but not the Worse

The Overall location in proximity to the boardwalk and ocean was about 3 blocks. Parking is a little tight, but at least its available. The overall room was fair. The beds seemed a little hard. There were only 2 pillows on each bed. the pillows were not that great. The air conditioning worked fine. The wifi was very spotty. The bathroom was very small, as the sink is outside of the bathroom. There are no elevators at this hotel, and there are at least 3 if not 4 floors. We were on the second floor. The owner is a very nice guy, and was very helpful. Overall, i didnt mind my stay, but the place could use some updating. Not sure if I would stay here again.

Passable

The location was absolutely perfect it’s just far enough away that it isn’t super loud at night but it’s also within walking distance to the beach and the boardwalk. It was surprisingly cleaner than I had imagined which was also a huge plus.

I believe the manager of the motel could be a little friendlier. I don’t think he was happy to have us as guests and that makes me never want to come back. He kind of made us feel uncomfortable because he seemed to always be staring into the parking lot watching your every move.

Superb

Love the manager!! Mike is very thorough. On-site property manager and doesn't miss a fart! He does not allow any nonsense to occur in his motel. He is accommodating to the best of his ability. The hotel is approximately three blocks from the boardwalk so it is very convenient and within walking distance.

What I truly disliked was the new mattresses that were purchased since our previous stay. Mine was very hard. I actually checked to make sure it wasn't the box spring, lol.
