Very clean and the staff was friendly and accommodating.
Really liked the breakfast in the mornings.
It was very nice. Nothing negative about the property.

Had a great snack table that was complimentary. Great with kids for grab and go. Great pool and good hours to let kids swim.
Original room was dirty. Fridge wasn’t cleaned out and had sticky floor. They swapped us rooms and new room was clean
9.0
Room with Jacuzzi tub was great. Also the breakfast and free snacks in the lobby.
Pool seemed to be on the cold side.

Room was clean.
Staff were friendly and tried to be helpful throughout. Even when apologising for lack of training or mistakes at check-in and check-out (see below).
Staff repeatedly propped open fire doors marked "KEEP CLOSED" with wooden wedges.
Staff had attempted to cover a large pile of mattresses outside our window with a plastic sheet that was not secured and flapped loudly all night in winds and rain, disturbing our sleep. This was rectified immediately after our comments.
Staff were untrained in closing our account during the evening and asked us to do so at 6am, at which time we wished to depart for a ferry, as did other guests.
Staff also did not allocate a quiet room away from ice machine and elevators or stairs until we objected at check-in, when such a room was found; only was 2 queen beds and not king as requested one week earlier during reservation.
Room was very clean but dark and dim with minimal lighting.

Excellent room. Bed was not super comfortable but size of room and bathroom were excellent. If you are into donuts and packaged pastries breakfast was good. Eggs and sausage were overdone but waffles looked very good.

Complemtary B’fast and snacks
The bed was comfortable.
Good location
I think they were adding chlorine to the pool in the morning and you could smell the chlorine I’m the eating area.

I like staying here as the location is great and the snacks and breakfast is very convenient.
I was put in a handicapped room - which I didn’t mind except the shower was only a hand held and it only came to the middle of my back. Also, the heat lamp bulb was burned out over the shower so it was dark. I called the front desk to ask for the bulb to be replaced but no one ever showed up.

Everyone was very nice and the room was clean.
It was very noisy. I could hear someone's television until 1 am and there were kids running through the halls.

we love that this is a family friendly hotel. they offer a wide variety of breakfast and snack options.
The pool is always freezing. And there are some things around the rooms that need tending to.

Everything Red Lion Inn offers
The first night I found the fan noise of pool and hot tab area was extremely noisy and annoying. The second and the third day, the sound was a little less. It would improve the impression of the hotel it if it should be replaced with a quieter one.

the room was comfortable and quiet-great shower
The bathroom toilet ran - you would have to play with the lever to get it to stop running.

Great roo and, location. Wonderful breakfast. The staff were very personal and helpful.

We could walk next door to a reasonably good Mexican restaurant. There were free juices and snacks in the lobby. The shower was good though the bottom of the tub could use more "slip-free" strips (just be careful stepping in).
The bed was a tad too firm for me, but I think most people would think it perfect. One cannot park close to the rooms, so most people were dropping their luggage off at the lobby, then parking. I did not consider that to be a real problem for us, though it was irritating that some people did not turn off their vehicle engine while unloading (or pull forward so their exhaust did not collect at the lobby door).

Breakfast was fantastic it made our stay as well as being pet friendly.

The room was comfortable and the spa was very nice to relax in at the end of the day. The free bottles of water were great and the tea and coffee options.
The breakfast was a bit disappointing. Most of the breakfast options available weren't very healthy. Lots of the food was prepackaged with lots of artificial additives.

Was very good. Nice variety.
We had a handicap rm on 1st floor. Toilet was to low not handicap. Should have been taller. Also was hard getting in tub to take shower.
