Very poor

The staff

The room was dingy, the air conditioner worked but it was all busted up, the mattresses had holes in them and were like sleeping on springs, I wore my shoes the whole time, the floor was sticky, it just didn't feel clean at all probably because it needs updates bad! The staff was nice but lots of people living in here

Wrong bed sizes

Advertised king bed was not even close. When mentioned to front desk they were like oh no we only have queen. If that was a queen then my bed at home is huge compared to this.

Dirty room and no Wi-Fi = BAD EXPERIENCE.

The location was near where I wanted to be

MASSIVELY DIRTY ROOM. No internet. Room was old. No room make up for the duration of stay. Noisy Bad all around!

towels were dirty and the floors are dirty and they don’t follow the rules from booking.com. they cancel your booking if not checked in by 2pm and they try charging your card on file even though it says pay at property

I didn't like that the room itself did not have an iron/ironing board no microwave or fridge.

Hard to recommend this place. It needs to be remodeled. No microwave in the room. The Internet was super slow- Would not

Hotel of theives

It was worst experience of my life.

The home cleaning stole my 1000 dollars from my room. When I tried to contact the manager, they just started fighting with me.

Avoid at all costs.

The location is the only redeeming quality of this run-down motel.

The motel is a mess. It is filthy outside and in, and there is a lot of noise from the other guests. It appeared that there were a fair number of long-term residents there. When I pointed out to the manager that the bed appeared slept in, he just shrugged. Couldn't care less.

Room had a strong lingering smell of smoke. Bathroom seemed to have mold growth along the base of the bathtub. I would stay away from this place.

Expected it to be in better shape from pictures and being in Farmington Hills. I saw a dirty couch in one room. And building needs some definite repairs.
