Location
Linens in rooms were old and stained including sheets and towels

Absolutely horrible!! Blood stains on sheets, hair all over the room. I requested to see another room but they didn't believe me that the room was in horrible condition. Then they agreed to show me another room, the other room was not any better than the first room with stains on bedsheets, hair all over and really really bad smell.
Customer service with Pottell was really bad, he did not respect us, he did not want to call the manager for us to speak with him. I booked through booking.com but they wouldn't accept the payment method, so I had to pay at the hotel.
I ended up going to a different hotel and requested a refund. Booking.com reached out to the hotel and Pottel told them that he'll send the message to his manager. They also sent an email to the hotel but they never responded.
Since I made a payment at the hotel, booking.com can't do much other than reaching out to them, which the hotel doesn't respond.
I don't understand how this hotel is still in business, the State Health Department should look into this situation.
Worst hotel experience, I will never stay in Red Roof Inn!
I do not need apologies from hotel management which seems to be an ongoing responses from all the bad reviews that Red Roof Denver is receiving.
I demand a refund, they also charged me more than they were supposed to.
This hotel needs change of management and hotel service. Pk Potel did not believe that the room was dirty and was mocking us for saying that.
I am demanding a full refund!!
Worst smell, worst customer service, very dirty etc

We’re had a king size bed and was close to where we needed to be
Floors were old and pulling up
Room smelled and needed to be updated. Refrigerator made a noice like it was dying. The tv worked when it wanted and you couldn’t even get normal channels. The bathroom tub didn’t drain and we had to call for help. 45 minutes later there was no hot water and we were late for our reservation. They had a lady that was handing out in the lobby bothering the guests asking for cigarettes

Location. Modern furnishings.
Bathroom needed attention. The curtain was stained. The shower walls had prints on them. The soap/shampoo dispensers were empty. The towels needed replaced - snags, thin, "crusty". Water pressure was weak.

Some of the hand towels were not clean.

The shower.
The hotel management prefers to cater to owners with DOGS and noisy children and babies - with the dogs that bark and allows people who use the hotel to sleep to be placed next to rooms with people with barking dogs - thereby not allowing for people and weary travelers staying at the hotel for sleep and relaxation to not be able to get needed sleep and relaxation!! "PET FRIENDLY" they call it. How trendy! As most hotel chains DO NOT want travelers with DOGS - RED ROOF has jumped in to fill in the gap! The hotel cares not to be helpful to correct this issue by having all people with dogs and screaming children and babies designated to one area of the hotel but instead spreads this consortium of noisemakers and apparent white trash clientele all over the premises. On the Saturday nite I stayed at the this hotel - the hotel parking lot was half empty - while in the past when staying here for 3 years now and running, it was fully occupied by cars with not a single parking space. It seems people who want to sleep are NOW booking rooms in other hotels nearby.
Also, to save on operating expenses, the management NOW offers NO BARS OF SOAP anymore - just lotion type soap dispensers attached to the walls of the bathtub/ shower or next to the sink. How trendy! The next improvement will likely be a DOG DOO DO patch in the lobby for the DOGS to poop in so the hotel patrons do not have to go outdoors with their DOGS!
