good location but services not satisfying

Location and the staff outside and in the housekeeping. - Provide free bevi water (soda and water) - Good resturant for breakfast - Provided free shuttle around the city

The beds in the room were not comfortable, overused. Airconditon too loud Hallways too cold Allowed people to eat and drink in the pool Did not provide private access tot he beach as promised Some of the staff at the reception were not very friendly/helpful

Nice getaway with a great location

Location to the beach and entertainment. Pool area was nice

Grossly overpriced for the subpar rooms, underwhelming food, decent to rude staff and drunken brawls

Proximity to beach and pool

Drunken fights in the middle of the night where police were called and the guests weren’t kicked out, rude staff, fire alarms going off for zero reason, coffee not included is mind boggling to me, rooms were decent but for the price you pay- I was astonished it wasn’t nicer and better run. Will never be back.

Disappointing from top to bottom

The state of the Beach House Resort could be described as “run down”. It’s an old building/ property which was renovated and received a little face lift. However, the en-suite bathrooms looks as if it wasn’t touched at all. It was catastrophic to say the least. Moldy appliances, rusty handles and dirty. The hotel staff we met were on some occasions very helpful and friendly or the complete opposite. The woman who checked us in couldn’t have been more disengaged. Overall experience was terrible. The hotel pool is a construction site. The food at the restaurant was mediocre. If the Beach House Resort would offer a free stay I still would decline.

We got value for money and the stay was very nice.

The location is convenient for eating, shopping and just about everything else. Security was very evident on the property and the staff were always courteous and pleasant.

We missed the Tiki Bar due to work going on to update it.

Excellent hotel and location...

The staff is phenomenal! As a previous front office manager for a 4 and 5 star hotel brand, all of the staff you encountered were so helpful and pleasant. It was refreshing to se and be a part of.

Well, the prices in the restaurant were relatively high, but that was everywhere we went to rest outside of the hotel, and the selection was not alot.

Location and staff are excellent but facility needs some help

The staff are so kind and friendly and the location can’t be beat. Walkable and right on the beach with easy access and lounge chairs to use. The beds were clean and comfortable

The facility is a bit run down and smells a little spunky. The air conditioning wasn’t powerful enough for our liking. Our door had a sizable gap at the top corner and the bathroom door got stuck and trapped us in twice!

Very convenient to get to beautiful beautiful area. We live in Bluffton, but we spent our time in Hilton Head.

We could not use the pool, because was being renovated and the tiki bar, but other than that, it was fine

The Beach House in Hilton Head NEVER AGAIN

Location to beach

Room was no where close to being worth what we paid. The entire room and bathroom could use complete renovations. Shower was a fight to start it. The entire place could have been cleaned better. Could've used a microwave, had to dump leftover food, which was a waste, I get they want you to buy there food and drink, but still, would be nice to heat leftovers conveniently. Some of the wait staff was downright rude. The tiki bar would have been nicer, except for cigarette smoke surrounding it. There were millions if ants around the pool, which made it uncomfortable to be around.

Would never stay here again

The ceiling fan

Our room was right behind tiki hut and we had to listen to loud music until 10:00 pm every night. They even had it coming out some vent in bathroom. We were not informed of this prior to booking. There was rust on the shower. The shower head was awful. I couldn’t hardly rinse my hair and it is short. The ceiling light must have a short in it because it kept coming on by itself. I had to ask for clean towels and toilet paper. The hallway smelled bad. The balcony is only one foot wide. I was charged way too much with all of these issues!

Beach was very nice but very crowded. Room was very nice. Would have loved to have a microwave in the room. Location was great walking distance to a lot of restaurants.

it is very crowded, the pool, the bar, and especially the beach. the beach was ridiculous, from the write up I thought it was a private beach it definitely is not there are tents, chairs and umbrellas 4 and 5 rows deep hard to even get to the water very disappointing couldn’t wait to get out of there
