I loved the location and the privacy. I felt like I was close to all but had privacy as well. The proximity to shopping made it very convenient to prepare food in our cottage when I did not wish to go out to eat.
The Wifi did not work on the first day. The staff did get it fixed after I reported it.
4.5
Service and location.
The room was smaller than expected.

Nice location on the water.
Upon arrival there was no receptionist - waited for 20 minutes for someone to show up. When we checked into our cottage there was a note on the table that there was no cable available, so no TV at all for the weekend. Staff could not have been more disinterested when we called to complain.

prime location
it was small and a little outdated

We appreciate the kindness of the staff especially Clora and Graham who responded to the problems with our room!

unavoidable construction on dock across the small inlet.

It was beautiful! Right on the water- Exactlly demonstrated what the pictures displayed it would be! Highly recommend!

The location was fantastic. The unprompted delivery of pet supplies, bed, bowl, etc to the room was a really nice touch. We got caught up in the tail end of hurricane Ida and flights were canceled. Without our asking, the staff on their own initiative had extended our check-out time and prepared a new rate should we have needed to stay an extra night.

Amazing location right in the town. Location can’t be beat. Very cute cottages right on the wharf.
A bit noisy but you can just put on the AC to drown out the street noise.

The location was just perfect as well as the outside seating area
The queen size bed and low ceiling in the bathroom

We could not sleep because people partied till 3 am on thier boat in front of us and behind. Then at 4 am they rev uptheir engine for an hour before taking off for their fishing trip. Hotel should have warned us or given us a quieter room facing the beach.(I aleays ask for quiet room on my reservation)For $1309 a nite, we were better iff else where. Never again!

Great location! Next to all the yachts. The rosé was flowing, and we had a blast!!!

Location was great: right on the water in a relatively private spot. Very comfortable cottage with functional kitchenette, nice bathroom. They also have great accommodations for dogs. Staff are incredibly nice and helpful.
Wharf was a little loud at night, hard to have the windows open b/c of the sounds of boaters and revelers coming off the water. No extra blankets. Prices are high.

Graham at the front desk is exceptional

We enjoyed the location!
4.5
The location is unbeatable, the shuttle service is such an amazing perk, and the staff were so accomodating.
The room was a little small (the bedroom door didn't close as the bed was big it was only a queen) and there was no full length mirror. Also, we could hear everything in the adjoining cottage. Even a sneeze!
2.5
The location was gorgeous! Right on the marina and in the village .
The cottages are hit or miss. We got the “upper deck” cottage which had a broken shade., and a bed that was too big for the room making it impossible to get around without crawling over the bed . The manager, Graham, was arrogant and condescending. He shouldn’t be in service and doesn’t have any patience in dealing with customers.
