Got the job done for a relatively decent price.

It was in a decent location. For it being right off the freeway you couldn’t hear much traffic if any. The employees were all great!

Pool was under maintenance and sounds like it had been for awhile. That was a main reason I chose that hotel. Breakfast area is fairly small. We had to wait granted only like 15 minutes or so but it’s also very understaffed.

It was very clean and the price was very good Late checkout after a 15 hour drive was amazing

Solid choice, affordable in Rochester

Breakfast was as expected. Location is a little outside of Rochester, but a short drive away. Free parking. No majors issues during our stay.

Beds were pretty stiff. We stayed prior to running races, so the quality of sleep wasn't ideal. But no other complaints really.

Besides given a key to an already reserved room my stay was good.

My room was clean, bed comfortable and the AC worked really well.

I was given a room key to a room that already had guests in it. I walked into the room that I thought was mine and could smell the pot they were doing in the bedroom part and heard them freak out a little when I walked in. I got out fast but thought what if one of my kids had been with me and i sent them on ahead? Totally unsafe and unacceptable!

Superb

The room was comfortable, clean plenty of towels and washcloths. The breakfast was very good. We had eggs, sausage, fruit. There were also pancakes and waffles, cereal, yogurt, muffins. Overall it was very nice.

We were satisfied with all aspects.

One of the worst lodging experiences at a Country Inn and Suites we have ever had.

The room appeared to have been cleaned but the carpet, beds, pillows, linens were obviously very old. I woke up with itchy eyes, a sore throat and asthma. If you have allergies to dust and dust mites I do not recommend staying at this hotel. The entire hotel needs maintenance, updating and painting - has not had any of this for quite some time

Country Inn and Suites has friendly front desk workers and offers a comfy place to rest.

The breakfast had some nice choices (scrambled eggs, sausage, cereal, toast, oatmeal, yogurt, waffles, apples, coffee, milk juice! The location was convenient to the back roads we took to near by towns west of Rochester. The neighborhood was quiet, and close to a few restaurants and shopping (Menards/Kohls/Walmart to the north and Target/Fleetfarm to the south).

Some of the furniture in the room was a bit rough (Missing handles).

Would not accept AARP after being told via phone at Booking.com it would be accepted.

I was told I could apply my AARP CARD but when I checked in the clerk said she could not do anything as my card had already been charged. Will not ever use booking to stay again

Hotel charged us even though we paid online through booking.com.

Location was fine.

We were charged by the hotel every night we were there even though we had paid online through Booking.com. and it was just for a single night amount. The first night our card was charged $1,700. That was almost triple what we paid for the week. It's been a huge headache and stress that we don't need. I have cancer and we have a lot of hotel stays for the treatment. My husband also had to call Booking.com because they charged us a 2nd time. Nightmare

Disappointing

The tub was great. The bed was nice.

That i have been double charged for a room that I only stayed one night in. I did not destroy any property, I did my overnight oximetry test and left the next morning. Over $300 dollars was taken out of my account.

scammed out of our money!

large hot tub, clean.

seems alittle out dated. but most of all we paid bookings for the room and country inn charged our car again. they said they were reimbursing me but that was weeks ago. ive tried contacting them again and no response. they scam you out of your money. beware!!!!!
