Love the location. Staff members were great. Bed was super comfortable. The sheets were really soft.
Thank you
The chairs in the room need new pillows. I miss fresh brewed coffee on site, instead of Keurig( I like strong coffee ). There wasn’t any place to hang my towels. Overall I enjoyed my stay, but Cozy corner needs a little refreshing ( bedspread and curtains).

Location, breakfast, quaint Tahoe experience.
The bathroom light is on a sensor and couldn’t be turned off when occupied.

the location on the lake is amazing- the cottages are adorable and the setting is so cozy and mountain-like! breakfast was delicious and the bed was comfortable
the room we had was tiny- very well outfitted and good storage, but tiny.
and the coffee maker in the room didn’t work properly- even tho they were so sweet and changed it out. luckily it’s walking distance to an awesome coffee shop at the Westside Market.

The front desk gentleman was awesome.

I loved the breakfasts. I was so surprised to find out that everything was made right there. The location was great. We were able to take our breakfast to the nearby beach access to eat.
I liked the friedly staff. And also learned that there were larger rooms/cottages available.
I did not realize that we were booked in such a small room. the website description did not provide room size. There was not enough room to enjoy our breakfast indoors. I also thought our room would be overlooking the water, I was disappointed that a house blocked the direct view of the lake, though we could see blue through the trees.

adorable and perfectly situated on the west side of LT- could walk to everything!
not an issue for them but was during a heat wave- they found us a fan that helped tremendously!

pretty much everything, the staff was absolutely amazing, the grounds are beautiful, we loved going to the beach and just relaxing watching the water and sunset.
I wouldn’t say there was anything I didn’t like, the bed was a little firm for my particular taste and our room was smaller than I expected.

I'm pretty picky when I pick hotels and cabins. When I'm in a forest I always go for whatever gives me the most cottage core vibe and the ratings also said about great breakfest quality so we picked this. It's more expensive than I usually go for but the quality that came with it made everything sooooo worth it. The moment I pulled up day one I knew I made a good choice. And the breakfest is homemade every day and is different each day!!! I recommend this place to any and everyone. It will be worth your time and money ❤️❤️❤️
I didn't dislike anything

The bed, the shower, the fireplace and most of all ... The private beach access.
The room was a bit small. The rifle on the wall. No end table by the bed. The tv was small. The refrigerator in an awkward place.

The owner is very friendly and clearly has put a lot of thought into making everything comfortable. The breakfasts were delicious, customized as per our requests, beautifully packaged, and delivered hot to our room at the requested time, where we enjoyed it on a folding table and chairs. Our room had a coffee maker, refrigerator, and ironing board, and we were given a tea kettle on request. There's a great market and deli a 3-minute walk away.

It was our 21st anniversary and we were looking for a getaway and while searching on booking.com i found this place and booked it. By looking at the pictures the room was looking great. Although when we arrive at location, the room was a little too small for us and end up spending one night in the room. Unfortunately, we were not happy with the room because of our special occasion. As it was our anniversary we were looking for something special, so we talked to the property owner and explained the situation. Kelly immediately understand our situation and give us an option to look for another room which we fell in love immediately and spend the next night there. Kelly and Haul (hope I am saying the name correctly) were the most awesome person of this property. They are kind, understanding, and generous. Will be going back again to this lovely place. Homemade Breakfast was really good everyday!

The privacy of the rooms was great and the fireplace kept the cottage warm and cozy.
The breakfasts were fantastic, great quiches , granola was so yummy and pastries as well.
Appreciated the delivery service to the rooms.
Staff provided excellent dinner recommendations and we enjoyed fantastic food all around.
Bed was too hard, but he linens were clean and kept us warm considering the cold weather. The bathrooms however were a little too tiny. No leg room for my husband.
The floors were either not swept or cleaned and it was difficult to not track stuff into the bed from our bare feet.
