We love this place. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Love the hot tub. Perfect for relaxing
We really had no complaints. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Great location.
Too expensive for the quality. Not enough tea/coffee in the room. Dismissive attitude from the front desk staff when asking for help. Inadequate lighting in the bedroom. Bedroom fridge leaked in the night and created a pool of water on the floor.

Everything was great 👍

Loved the location. Staff was friendly and attentive. Especially Peyton!
I was surprised when I got a bill for breakfast.
The self serve style with limited staff made it appear like a perk of staying at the hotel. The breakfast was a step above a standard continental breakfast but it was not anywhere near worth the $15 per plate price.... Especially after we spent $220 on a basic room.

Excellent location and great staff.
Floor covering needs attention and decor could use refreshing.

we stay here all the time, probably at least 5 times a year + we love the location. the only thing we struggle with is the pool is always freezing, I wish they would turn it up, even just a little would be great. you want to play with the kids in the pool but it’s always so freezing

This charming hotel is located in downtown Ogden at the foot of the mountains. There are interesting restaurants, a movie theatre and a climbing gym nearby. We ate both dinner and breakfast there. The dining room is very pleasant with large windows and the dinner was excellent. The breakfast was good but not noteworthy.
This furniture in our room was very sturdy but probably old and showing signs of wear. That said, it was a very comfortable and well laid out room.

The breakfast was great and even better it was free for us. That was a bonus surprise.
It is nice to get free water wherever we needed it. It is little things like that that make a hotel extraordinary.
The parking is always a little scary as it is always full later on and pretty close. Always worry about our car getting hit. I wonder if people park there that are not actually staying there since anyone can drive into the structure.

close to the city clean and nice great view free water bottles we got two rooms at first they were on separate levels but once I checked in and explained my concern they quickly moved things around and made it so we could have conjoined rooms
the chlorine in the pool was so strong we even smelled up in our room .
when calling down to the main desk to ask about pool times we were given attitude.
when she answered the phone call her response was
“what do you want? “
the beds were uncomfortable

I requested a room facing away from the main road which is on the east side because of noise, The staff member told us we have a room on the south side, when we got to the room, it was on the east side and the street noise was unbearable, after an hour we went to check out and they offered us a room on the quiet side of the hotel. THIS PLACE SUCKS! we left!
