Dina, our Inn Keeper was amazing. She made us feel welcome, safe, and taken care of. The breakfast every morning was wonderful and the communication was great and easy. There were plenty of places outside to relax and the attention to detail was great [pool accessories, chilled water, snacks in the afternoon/evening].
Bed frame was loose/creaky, and one TV was for streaming- but you would have to log into your own streaming service to use.

Fantastic place, so beautiful. It was awesome, the only problem was, we were only passing through and couldn't stay for longer.

Terri and Deena were fantastic innkeepers and were always friendly and happy to help. Great recommendations for Italian and a great sandwich. Loved the room as we had room to spread out and relax after a long drive. Bed was comfy and watching the hummingbirds was a highlight. 3 course delicious breakfasts really set you up for a day of exploring. Hope to stay again without the monsoons :)

Tom was an amazing chef. Catered for my food allergies. We had the place to ourselves almost the entire stay. The inn has so much charm. We loved it!💜
I didn’t like the sink outside of the bathroom and some of the plaster at the wall base had chip. But it wasnt horrible room.

Terry was a friendly and excellent host. Very responsive and knowledgable about the area. House is tastefully done and quite comfortable.
If you're staying more than one night consider the larger rooms, Rincon room is comfy but on the cozy side.

Location was good, breakfast and hospitality were wonderful. Outside ambiance; peaceful and pretty.
Our casita. With the write up and being a small boutique bed and breakfast, I expected a cozy, comfortable room. Instead we got an old rustic room with an atrocious bathroom and barely enough room to shower. This room should have been deeply discounted but it came at a very high price. We didn’t stay the second night.

Owner lovely. Staff who “greeted” me didn’t even look up from where she was seated

Close to the U of A, the inn is located in the historic Sam Hughes neighborhood. Home made, delicious breakfast is included.

Flowers everywhere. Great shaded sitting spots. Tasty breakfasts and texted menu the evening before in case of diet restrictions. Convenient parking and access to Tucson
Breakfasts were a bit lengthy, but probably fine for a vacation. Need some airflow of some sort in Casita. Tends toward the musky.

Lovely adobe home B&B in historic neighborhood near UA Tucson campus. We stayed in the casita, a private dwelling near the pool and patio garden. Amazing breakfast every morning. The Innkeeper was friendly and genuinely a very nice person. Easy access to many sites to visit and hi ways to scenic destinations.
Nothing.

Breakfast was outstanding including the presentation and the set up for serving and eating.
Bathroom is extremely small including the shower, but the owner has done a good job of layout to provide function as much as possible

Centeraly located.
We rented the most expensive suite in the Inn. Unfortunately the inn did not advise us, and I did not ask, which floor it was on or how one gets to the room. When we arrived we found the stairs going to the second floor were steep, narrow, and multi directional. Any older person or anyone with any sort of a handicap could not get up these steps without serious effort and potential danger to them selves. No other accommodations were available at the inn for our 6 day stay. Innkeeper advised that a waiting list for the inn existed and he would try to rent the suite as it was totally unsuitable for the two of us and we left after we found we could not use the stairs or the room. They did not rent the room and I was out $2300 as one had to cancel the reservation two weeks prior to arrival. Lesson learned...don't rent unseen small bed and breakfast inns.

Excellent food and presentation. Personal attention from Tom and staff. Great atmosphere.
In our room there was only one chair for two people. Lighting was not good. Bed was too tall. Bathtub fixtures were difficult to operate.

Property was beautiful. Bed was comfortable and the food was amazing. Staff was also very accommodating.
The main reason I picked this property was for the heated pool outside my room. I was notified upon arrival that the heater was not working properly and evacuate of COVID was not able to order the part. The water was really cold so I wasn’t able to comfortably even dangle my feet in the water. I wish they could have let me know before confirmation was made.

Queen size bed would have preferred a California king bed.
