Location and excellent breakfast
Present owner only took over 4 days before we arrived and was intending updating the property, so most negative comments won't really apply to him. Property needs quite a lot of updating. We were locked out the first night and had to rouse other guests to let us in - thought we'd have to spend the night in our car! Found email re key code had been sent the day we left home (applied to previous owners and wouldn't have worked anyway). As I said - give the new owner a chance to rectify things - once updated etc, the property has the potential to be an amazing fantastic place to stay

Beautiful, restful, comfy! We ate our breakfast outside and enjoyed visiting with the other guests and of course the hosts!! The owners work hard to make it a very enjoyable experience for their guests! Highly recommend!
Truly, cannot think of anything.

Location was within walking distance of the beach. Everything was perfectly clean and SO charming. The food was delicious and the presentation was beautiful. Service was given freely and it was excellent. You could tell the people love what they do. This is not just a business to them.
The room was tastefully decorated and the balcony and the courtyard provided an escape from hustle and bustle of everyday life. Great place to relax.
Our hostess was genuine and personable. I really enjoyed meeting her.
There is nothing that could have been better. We got recommendations for the area restaurants and antique shopping as well.

The location was decent
Honestly I know it’s an old place but sharing a community fridge was weird and we had to keep going up and down stairs to get one of our drinks. It’s ok just wasn’t convenient in the middle of the night.
4.5
The set-up and the chic look of the property. The hospitality was amazing; safe location.

The location was great. Not right in the heart of downtown, but close to the beach and it is walking distance to many shops and restaurants. The Monet suite was just the right size and was clean, comfortable and tastefully decorated.
Road noise from surrounding area was a bit distracting in the early morning and the window air conditioner was also little louder than desired.

The garden and the Main house are very pretty and Livingroom elegant yet inviting to relax and read. Morning lighting is spectacular.
The access to main house and better coffee

Staff was excellent. Angela both owns & runs this property with an excellent level of hospitality. The B&B home is beautiful, clean, charming, & a wonderful atmosphere inside & out.
Parking was adequate for my stay when property was not fully occupied, but could be an issue if totally full.

Love the location and the comfortable bed...the staff we met meant well...just a sense that communication between owners/staff was not strong. Love having movies available to borrow.
Breakfast was small and seemed store-bought...berry garnish with two small pancakes and two small strips of bacon. Coffee only. It was "fine", but it's not what one would expect for a memorable and highly-rated bed and breakfast. Website reviews raved about breakfast. Advertised amenities were not available...confusion seemed prevalent. Not a lot of "extras"...more of a "scarcity" feel. In defense, it seems bed and breakfast establishments are struggling nationwide, especially in coming out of uncertain pandemic closures. Still, the most successful and memorable ones in our travels have been ones of gracious abundance...overflowing hospitality, amenities...places that left you refreshed instead of concerned about their future.

Breakfast was tasty and friendly, afternoon cookies and tea were nice and also an opportunity to say hello to some others, see the rest of the house and courtyard area. This place is a gem. Easy walk to downtown and the waterfront. No problems for free parking on a holiday weekend.
