Close to beaches, had a pool. Beds were comfortable

Some things were old and could use updating like the drains in the shower.

great location , ok breakfast, clean rooms

unfortuntely we shortened our trip when checking in as we were informed after driving down 10 hours in the rain that our property had a small flood and the staff said no problem and just to advise her the night before departure. There were no extra charges or penalties. At check out a 71$ was added for earlier departure after staying 3 nights and leaving 2 nights earlier. Staff said it was due to Booking.com but after speaking with them they confirmed there was no penalty fee coming from booking.com . The staf member said the manager was not there and that on the 23 of July he will adress the matter and correct our bill. Looking forward to getting our credit but nothing up to now.

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The pool was great for the kids and the room set up was good for a family.

There was not a coffee maker in the room and the door was challenging to lock. Also the room needed for TLC with paint and furnishings.

Room was spacious, they had breakfast

Room was only kind of clean, there was hair in the shower when we arrived and shower walls and floor were dirty. Dusty in several places. We were not told through booking that pool was closed, only found out upon arrival.

had I known what the hotel clientele was like then I would’ve stayed at my original hotel.

location was central to many different shops and restaurants or whatever else you might need

Dirty smells and has bed bugs

Absolutely nothing, that hotel is disgusting.

Not only was our room dirty and smelled horrible but it is infested with bed bugs. I carried my pillow to the front desk in the middle of the night with a bed bug on it and they just stuck it in a bag like it was normal. My 3 year old is covered in bites from the bed bugs. We were supposed to stay 3 nights but had to leave after the first night and get another local hotel in the area. I have been told several times they are refunding my entire stay but several days later I have still yet to see all of the money back. Do not take your family to this hotel.

Easy check in, room good size, but sleeping was difficult becaue of the constant drone from the frig

we left before breakfast was available

our room had a mini frig which made a loud droning sound the whole night, it was difficult to sleep, too loud !

location and comfortable. the staff were very friendly.

Room wasn’t clean - a washcloth from someone’s previous stay was in the bathroom. Power was out so we did not have tv for most of the stay.
