Never stay here!!

This place is nothing but a bunch of rude people. We were 20 minutes late past checkout and was gonna pay for more nights and wanted to charge $20 extra for being past 11am. I get checkout but when you are staying more nights you would think they would want more nights not call the cops on you to be removed from property just because we didn't want to pay the extra $20. So when we were getting out stuff out they even cut the power to the room so we wouldn't have air or anything running while loading the car. I will never stay with another motel 6. The staff was rude and pushy even got in my sons face

This is the only motel I will stay at anymore

I love the fact that they don't charge for having animals and they are so animal friendly

The staff wasn't the best especially the man.

I would be happy to stay in this facility again.

The room was clean and exceptionally large. Check and check out Was very quick and easy. There was plenty of parking and ease of access. I would use this motel again.

It was fantastic

I was pleasantly surprised when we checked in. The room was clean and staff were great. The manager, (I think) was so nice. My husband left his diabetic medication in the refrigerator. I called and he told me that he would look for it. Came back by the hotel on our way home and he had found it and had in their refrigerator. We were shocked. Big shout out to the manager.

I was very thankful to get this room reserved for my one night stay in Cleveland, TN at such a great value!

The staff was professional, friendly, and family oriented! The room was clean and spacious! I would definitely stay there again.

In short they ripped me off my money cause when I try check in not my faith and I want my money back

When I arrived at this motel they did not let us even check in . So I did show up but they refused to let us Cecil in but still took my money and that is wrong. I know it was not refundable if I cancelled or not show BUT I WAS THERE AND WAS REFUSED CHECK IN. SI THEY NEED TO TURN MY MONEY THEY CHARGED ME FOR THE NIGHT I WAS THEY'RE AND TURNED AWAY

They didn't let us check in and still took my money. I didn't cancel and I was there to check in but they not let us I want my money returned

Great value for a safe and clean night's stay.

The rooms were very clean. All of the staff were friendly. The area was safe. Plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby.

The bed was too hard for me. The stairs were hard to climb.

Would stay again.

Room was up to date. Close to interstate and main street in Cleveland. DoorDash had no problem getting to me.

Lot of interstate traffic noise and general noise from hotel guests coming in late and leaving early. Easy to get to but harder to get back onto the main road.

Very good, reasonably priced motel!

The people running this motel were all so very nice. The room was simple, but very clean and the bed very comfortable.

No coffee pot, I always appreciate a coffee pot in my room!

Was ok..

Everyday room service to clean up.

The floors are too slick.. everyone fell atleast one time... the beds were to stiff for me.. I'd wake up stiff especially in my hips.

Won’t stay again

It had a good location

They charged an additional $100 for a deposit that wasn’t disclosed. Then they didn’t charge EVERY room that charge. The checkin and out process took WAY WAY too long. Especially since they already had our information.

probably the best motel of my trip so far. just no pool.

clean and renovated. not too crowdy, had a good and comfy night, with the car right in front of the door.

Watch out for this hotel...!!!!

NOTHING..!!!!

This place is a total rip off.. my GF and I stayed 2 nights and we were going to stay 2 more.. but we wanted to be moved to the top floor due to a young kid that was bouncing, and screaming and keeping us awake.. well we went and reserved the room online and as soon as I walked in to pay the so called general manager said that we couldn't stay there.. which he could not give us a reason why we couldn't he just said we couldn't stay there.. this was due to him making $68 off of us bc we cancelled the room and that's how much the cancellation fee was.. so out of $154.76 we received $86.06 back and he kept the rest.. this guy is what you call a crook.. there's a special place for ppl like that and that's all I have to say about that...!!!

close to the interstate and places to eat

no coffee in the room or front desk. no shampoo , conditioner or lotion. very minimal amenities . a/c was cold and bed was comfortable.

I will not stay at this location again.

No breakfast, but the location was good, and the room was spotlessly clean.

I was not expecting such bare-bones accommodations. No breakfast, elevator (I am 81, and struggled to get my suitcase up to the second floor) no armchair, clock, coffeemaker, shampoo, Kleenex, carpet - for over $100 per night.

was alright. a lil pricey for what you get.

property is ok

manager tried to come into room while my wife was sleeping, another time came in to check sink but searched the room instead. Drug addicts in parking lot 3 of the 6 nights we stayed. pet friendly, 100 deposit added to you stay. they check the room before you get your deposit.
