Complete and utter garbage disappointment

Location.

Spa tub was broken in our room. Our TV wouldn't play anything just spun the circle on screen. The pool was freezing cold and the main hot tub was luke warm and the jets weren't working. We were told that another room wasn't available. I asked for a discount and was told that the manager would contact me. They never called or answered the phone. I contacted Wyndham customer service with the complaint. Their response was that they "thanked me for my feedback".

This room was way over priced for what it was.

We liked that it was right off the interstate.

The hallway reeked of marijuana, the stairwell door kept slamming all night and the bathroom was atrocious for a $130 room. The shower insert was very flimsy and I felt claustrophobic in the bathroom.

I came in and thought the stay would be great because the staff were so great and polite. I felt so welcomed and comfort

Despite how bad the room was the staff were actually very awesome and helpful.

there was hair that came out of my jetted tub when I turned on the jets. my microwave was not working and the carpet wasn’t that clean.

I would stay here again in the future.

Clean, close to a park and gas, nice, hot tub and pool. Allowed us to extend our checkout.

Had to go back correct all booking and name information after they left the receipt outside our door around 1am for anyone to pickup and use. I expressed my disappointment to the morning person she did not care.

Very friendly staff! Comfortable bed! Great shower!

The hot tub and pool were awesome. The water pressure in the shower was great. Check in staff was very friendly and helpful!! I will stay here again if I have to be in the area overnight.

The room and hallways could have been cleaner. There was a piece of breakfast sausage on the stairs. The room carpeting was dusty and the walls had handprints on them in the main room by the beds and also in the bathroom.

The staff was wonderful. The bed was comfortable. I especially liked that there was good pressure in the shower.

There was mold along the top of the tile in the bathroom. The quilts on both beds were al lumpy.

We had a late check-in and the lady at the reception desk was kind, attentive and answered any questions. The room (king) was clean and the jacuzzi tub in the room was amazing. I used the indoor pool which was clean as well. Overall a great stay even if it was short

Needs more options for the hot breakfast. All they had for hot options was eggs and sausage. I'm allergic to eggs so was a bummer I didn't have other hot options.
