Best staff and facilities in the area...this is why I stay here...they put hospitality in the hospility business...thank you

Good was good Rooms were fairly clean

Pool and hot tub were broken and had been for a few days yet we were not informed until check in.

Been literally years since I've stayed at a Holiday Inn. Room was clean, beds were comfortable and breakfast was great!

rooms could use updating with toilets (way too low) and showers, who uses a tub in a motel? go walk-in.

Staff was very friendly and the entire hotel was clean! We loved the property! The indoor pool and hot tub were awesome!

Our room was next to the elevator and ice machine which was loud and kept us up all night!

beds comfortable. breakfast food and comfortable place to eat breakfast. room very clean. I really appreciated the memorial table for veterans. I have not see anything like that in other hotels. 3 of the 4 people we were traveling with had a husband with complications from Agent Orange. One of the husbands died from that. in this world of disrespect of military and the flag it is great to see a business honoring our military.

I made my request to have a 1st or second floor due to I don’t ride elevators due to claustrophobia. I can only walk one floor at the most with suitcase. Also early check in if possible. the link directly to your hotel was sent to me by booking app. I received no reply, but still thought you were taking care of it. I never have problems when I use booking. my sister and sister in law booked at least a week after me. they did not request anything special. I got there about 25 minutes before them. my room wasn’t ready. then the others arrived. Both got rooms right away. they took their stuff to their rooms and came back downstairs. shortly after I was told the room was ready. when I started to fill out the paper I saw it was a third floor room. I told her I request a Lower floor. she said she doesn’t have any requests she basically said that it must have been bookings fault. I will be contacting them also about this. then I wanted to know if I was the last one to get a room? she said the go by alphabet to get rooms ready so my sisters last name starts with B my sister-in-law’s C. mine with a K. so I was last even though I booked 1st. things are messed up with your system. We needed to get lunch so we were not able to get in our room until we got back. I did get a 1st place room. the next time I come to Rolla for an event I will check some of the other hotels.
