Breakfast service was great ! Passkey required parking lot with security, awesome .
Walked into a room with used soap bar and personally belongings (poor housekeeping ) . Called front office , waited 35 mins and no one showed . Went out to eat and didn’t want anyone in the room , came back and front lady said that they were waiting on us and that housekeeping is no longer available. Unacceptable! Disappointed! Definitely not what you call a HILTON hotel ! Front lady didn’t do anything to compensate us for this issue. She said “ if you want I can take you a bar of soap and remove the belongings” . Poor response ! No manager was available to share .

The room and breakfast was nice. The location as far as things to do was great. We had a surprise view of fireworks at Six Flags that was beautiful!
The major construction near the hotel was a lot.

Facility was exceptional as well as the food. Really liked the special touch of texting to check on our stay and if we needed anything.

The room was very cozy and clean and the staff was super friendly. Private parking also was a bonus.
The location was a bit sketchy. And the lobby bathroom was gross.

Location
I wish I would have been told breakfast was not going to be available on the premises Christmas morning.
This was a huge inconvenience for us.
I was informed that house keeping was not available, which was not a problem.

Staff was friendly. Hotel is driving distance close to La Cantera, Fiesta Texas, UTSA, Catholic Churches, and many restaurants. Beds are comfortable. Breakfast tacos and pancakes from the restaurant menu are delicious. Free coffee and cookies. Hotel is very clean.
Air freshener dispensed automatically throughout hotel. It percolates a strong order that is not very pleasant. Anyone with COPD, asthma, or sensitivities to chemical orders will have a difficult time. Hotel needs to be environmentally friendly and get rid of that dispenser. No breakfast buffet.

Our son will be attending UTSA, so this was a perfect location for us to stay.

I was sad the power was out and we had to check in late. I thought places as high end as Hilton had generators.
