This place is not “nice” by any means but served the purpose of a place to catch some sleep in the middle of a road trip

It was okay, but would have been so much better if I felt I had privacy in my room. I won’t be staying there again.

The staff went above and beyond to be friendly and helpful. The location was excellent.

The only thing I didn’t like is that the privacy curtain was peeling in spots and light was shining through it. So, my room did not feel very private, especially at night.

Boooooo.....

Nothing I didn't get to stay, nor have I gotten my refund either. It never stated on booking .com that they didn't take certain kinds of credit cards. So when I arrived there and the tenneiant said that I couldn't , it was kind of upsetting to say the least.

Nothing was good enough to give credit.

They had zero dairy products including powdered creamer for the free coffee. They never brewed fresh coffee. Room smelt terrible, had dirty dishes in the dishwasher. Hair in the "clean" dishes. Beer bottle caps, trash bag stuck to the sticky garbage can and the clean one inside the can was also stuck. We didn't get enough towels for 4 people and didn't get any swapped the entire time by housekeeping. They never asked for our trash or gave us new bags. No water machine for clean water. It was just very poor. Zero rating from me. I came from jonesboro ar. A 5 hour trip. And the beds were so hard that it made my drive home very uncomfortable. Blankets were worn down and the duvet kept falling off the blankets. They people above us was stomping and jumping all night. I had to go to the front desk to ask them to get the other guests to quiet down. That was at 12 midnight. Just terrible.

was not what I was expecting. Will not use this hotel again

There was no breakfast at this location

Had to ask for clean towels each day and had to carry dirty towels to the front desk and wait for clean towels. Had to take out own trash. There were no services at this location.

Maybe just my experience, but it was not the most convenient.

The staff was kind,accommodating, and understanding

First room had roaches but no other room available. had to wait til the next day to be moved to then be locked out for a long while, waiting for a technician from another building to come and charge our door keypad. then told we wouldn’t be charged for the stay, to then be charged anyway. called several times for management with no call backs. currently in dispute with my bank over the charges.

Staying in the city was a necessity staying in this motel at the price we thought we had a good deal turns out not reall

That I had a chair in the room

The beds were small. The bedding was very cheap. There was no breakfast and the reason for saying this and doing this is there’s a kitchen in the room OK so there is that’s true. It is a start of a refrigerator and microwave. There’s even a dishwasher I looked in the refrigerator I did not see any bacon or sausage or eggs waiting to be cooked no yogurt no tea downstairs don’t know how they thought putting in the kitchen was going to justify not having breakfast. How are we supposed to know we’re supposed to bring our own food cheap cheap, cheap, cheap cheap.

Major roof leak at the front door. All rooms are supposed to be non-smoking, but mine smelled so badly of cigarettes that I canceled my stay and left.

Wonderful experience. The desk clerk went above & beyond to make our stay pleasant!

They couldn't find the reservation I made through booking.com, but the desk clerk was very helpful and I received an even better rate since I was traveling for medical reasons.

There's was nothing I didn't like.
