Good location. Quiet at night and comfortable.

Amazingly welcoming staff. Very polite and understanding. I am very grateful for this. My weekend went great thanks to this. I would love to come again. The room is very clean.
I liked everything

The person in the office was very professional and polite. I requested a pet friendly room. Upon entering the room, it was very clean and smelled fresh. I have visited dog friendly places in the past and there is usually a lingering odor of sorts. None here. The inn is located in front of lake Gregory and sitting out on the patio was a pleasant experience. The room had all the amenities we needed and we can see ourselves coming back for another stay.

Beautiful property
just the bed was very uncomfortable

I loved that my room had a balcony and a fireplace. It was so cozy. I also really like that they have certain rooms that do not allow pets as I am allergic. This is a very sweet place to stay in Crestline, CA.
I had to wait for a while for the staff to check me in upon arrival, but that was not a huge deal. It would be nice if they offered breakfast.
3.5
No food on site. Food close by though.
Artificial room freshner smell was overwhelming.

Great location, comfy room, welcoming
Intense skunk smell. Not hotels fault though, but very irritating to the senses, and no way to avoid it. Could have just been occurring on the days I stayed.

This trip and location was exactly what I needed for for the R&R. Very quiet with a comforting view.
The bedding was set for winter with a few more extra blankets than needed. This isn't really a bad thing though. It just a very hot week.

The staff was friendly and attentive.
The room was small and well appointed but a bit on the warm side in spite of having the patio door open all night.

what breakfast?????????
steps were so narrow and so many. I have osteoporosis and my dog. Way to many stairs to take up and down few times a day. What is worse is the stairs are so narrow, not normal stairs

There was no breakfast.
Shower head and television weren't working properly. It would be nice if those things were checked prior to our stay.

It was very comfortable, but a little pricy for this kind of hotel..
