Only good thing is the rate per night

Went from $10 deposit per stay to $10 deposit per night. Housekeepers don't do a good job of cleaning, I'm guessing it's a husband/wife team but they are older give attitude if you ask for anything for your room.

No fridge, no microwave, TV not working, erratic and generally low strength Wifi, manager too unfriendly!

You get what you pay for

It is an excellent location. 15 minutes from Disneyland, easy access to stores. It was inexpensive.

It was dirty. The room smelled of smoke even though the room was nonsmoking. The bathroom had a leak on the sprinkler that leaked water to the bathtub whenever the people above used it, plus it had old soap. The floor was dusty and I found someone’s old clothes in a drawer. The attendant was not friendly at all. You needed to leave a cash deposit for the room key; that was not advertised anywhere.

Sold out rooms aren't guaranteed.

Nothing about it was good. Even though my reservation was guaranteed , they do not hold it for you.

So when you show up at 12:30 at night they tell me that the room isn't held for you and that they were sold out. I was rudely turned away with nowhere to stay.

Unfortunately I was not able to make it but I really appreciate that I was not charged I highly recommend a place like this especially for the owner that didn't try to charge me even though I believe they could have. Thank you so much for understanding Thank you

I would like to disput the payment innitionally for 60,03$ 1 was told buy the attendant I would get my money reversed to my account whick was never athurized by me in the first place, I have ave had had some problem with fraudulent or auotherized transaction that I have previously got refunded to my account so now I ordered a new card because I looking at this fraudulent transàction of ,63$ thank u for unhelp with this

Our stay was short, but we enjoyed it.

We did not get breakfast. We liked the location because of its proximity to Knott's. We also found a nice variety of food nearby.

The bed had a couple of bits of trash under it as though it had not been vacuumed. The shower curtain needs to be washed. However, everything else was clean and satisfactory.
