It was a nice room for our overnight stay.

I enjoyed the suite. It was nice having a separate room from the bedroom so as not to disturb my husband.

It was clean, quiet & everyone was friendly!

Friendly staff, clean, quiet & safe location. My mom is a smoker & said going outside to smoke she felt safer than any other hotel she’s stayed at. It’s well lit outside & she was grateful she could stay close by on the property as she was smoking.

I was happy with the room but will not return due to the property sitting next to the highway.

It was clean and the staff were helpful. It’s nice place.

My room was on the side facing the highway. Could hear the traffic even in the sitting room. Sleeping at night was not easy cause of the traffic.

Room was very clean.

For a King Suite, it fell far short of expectations in perhaps the most important aspect: NOISE. Frankly, it was as if the interstate were running through the bedroom. The traffic noise was horrendous. I kept wondering why they stuck us on this corner of the hotel. The front desk agent was snarky and humorless and in no way welcoming. She put a 4-digit number on our room card without sayingnwhat it meant or how to get there.

Terrible staff, funny smell, overall not great. Nice pool.

The pool was very enjoyable and clean.

Never seen more rude, slow or inefficient hotel staff. They didn’t even respond to a greeting when we entered. Even though we paid in advance, we waited for 20 minutes to check-in, because the staff was waiting for a single person in front of us to finish a phone call. She was very offended when we asked politely if we could check-in in the meanwhile. When we finally got to check-in, she asked for my drivers licence and was very obviously annoyed that it is a foreign one and said she’s not gonna fill any of the details in because she has no idea what any of that means.

Breakfast was as expected. Some comfort inns offer bold coffee option which I prefer.

Bold coffee option and more fruit for breakfast as they only had apples left at 8:30.

Will not stay on the way home, plenty of other hotels next to it

Comfortable bed

We were told 2 different prices didn't get the deposit back. We were charged for 2. Staff were not friendly or helpful. Chips in the bathtub, soap holders in shower had broken off and not replaced

The clerk was on phone with a client while I stood at counter in terrible pain I thought it was terrible because I’m 71 and was in so much pain I had to leave the desk and sit until she could help me She did offer to help me to my room It was SO noisy from semi’s and car It was terrible I will never stay again

Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good.

Noisy from truck traffic. Crowded at door to get suitcases inside. Didn't like sink being outside of bathroom.

Most of the staff was very helpful and courteous.

No available parking. Several guests double parked, an r.v. and multiple busus took.up serveral spaces. There were no towels at the pool. When we asked for some towels, housekeeping only gave us one (there were 7 of us). No extra laundry bags were available when we asked for some. Cleanliness wasn't up to par. Room and hallways smelt musty, and carpets were stained. Pull out bed sheets were dirty. There was no available crib even though I had requested one at booking. I was offered and given a pack n play, but it was filthy. Thankfully, I brought my own sheet. There was trash (chicken bone) right outside our room door upon our arrival.
