Good value for the price.

It was a good value for the money and very convenient to the workshop I was attending.

The room had a little musty smell. The cushion on the window seat was stained.

Comfortable mattresses, quiet, wonderful employees, and would stay there again if in the area.

Location was good. The carbon monoxide alarm began going off. Contacted front desk and the employee came to room to see what was going on. She moved my daughter and I from our handicap room to a suite at no extra charge. All staff was pleasant and very helpful.

The employee who came to the room when the carbon monoxide alarm was going off didn't know anything about what carbon monoxide was or how dangerous it is. I explained to her it was odorless, not visible, and people easily die from it if breath in too much of it. That's when she decided to move us to another room. I suggest all employees be inserviced about carbon monoxide and its danger.

We had a very good trip to Hillsborough and the Microtel Inn was nice.

The breakfast was good. The staff friendly.

The heater/ac in our room seemed a little dusty. Other than that, the room was very clean.

IT WAS GOOD TILL THEY KEPT MY $50

CHARGED ME A $50 DEPOSIT, SAID THEY SMELLED SMOKE, I ONLY STAYED THERE FOR HRS, DID NOT STAY OVERNIGHT, WOULD NOT REFUND MY DEPOSIT, I DID NOT SMOKE IN ROOM, CALLED HOTEL AND THEY WOULD NOT LISTEN TO ME

Pleasant

The price was great.

The walls are very thin. I can't imagine they were that busy (based on the parking lot) and there was someone with kids beside me and they kept going in and out of the exit which was right by the room....very noisy. Didn't sleep well. If you stay there ask to be away from an exit.
