Cleaning staff nice. Otherwise nothing else was good.

Location is horrible! This hotel is not cleaned properly. Elevator was a mess and doors to go our hotel room horrible dirty. Smells like smoke everywhere. Room needs cleaned walls and windows.Mirrors look smudged. Not a place you want to be with kids. Breakfast offers juice,milk, cereal and muffins with no expiration date .

Wedding weekend trip to Dallas

I didn't see any breakfast. The size of room was nice that is about where the likes ended. The price wasn't bad if would have been what the website said it was. It had a pool..I saw one we didn't use. It had big bathroom.

The whole place smelled old and moldy. The location not good kind of out of the way in a construction looking place. The bed was so hard and the pillows were small and very old. The water to use for tub was lukewarm...not hot. AFter traveling all day you want to take a hot bath or shower. The tub was also old had rust close to the stopper and the tub was really really small. The hallway was stinky...mix between cleaning chemicals, weed and smoke..not good. There was 2 luggage carts I saw and the tires were really bad and made very hard to push...I will not stay again.

There was roaches in the room, the towels and sheets were dirty and there was never any breakfast left downstairs

Breakfast sucked. The location was kind of hidden.

The breakfast was bad. All they had was muffins. At the very least they could have had eggs, bacon or sausage, toast, the waffle maker, cereal, fruit, and yogurt. Buffet style

The staff gave a key to my room to some random person and they stole stuff out of my room the staff didn't ask for no ID and then they told me I had to leave for no reason that's against the law

Hot Water. We had no Hot Water for Three days of our Stay and No Discount on Pricing We had to use cold water on the cold days

Convenient and cheap but too many homeless

The staff was so rude. Especially the older lady who is on front desk.

I will never book this hotel again

it was cheap for the days we were spending in Dallas

the elevator was broken, the front desk was so friendly at all. they put up breakfast before 8 the pool wasn’t clean so my kids couldn’t swim

it wasn’t that clean and also the walls were like paper thin you could hear a pin drop in the next person room and in the hallway. it was across the street from a factory and you can hear everything l didn’t get any sleep

hotel stated non smoking but we could smell smoke (weed?), very uncomfortable beds, no breackfast other than muffins!

it was close to our daughters home

train tracks located directly behind hotel!

Disappointing

There was a large crack on the bathroom entry flooring and I cut my foot when I accidently stepped out of the bathroom during the night;. Let the front desk know. However they seem to not care because when we returned they did not fix it or offer another room.

It' Okay.

The room is spacious. The TV, frig, and microwave in the room. Great lighting, and plug in for phone and electronics.

The breakfast is not offered as advertised. Room keys hadnt9 be reprogrammed all the time.
