Needs Updating and Paint but Good!

Pool was great! Desk attendant was amazing! Helpful, kind, funny! Great location to parks and food.

Rooms need a little updating. Mattress was very old, crumbling under the sheets, hard. Pillows could use an update too as well as carpet.

Todo es muy limpio, acogedor. El desayuno en las mañanas es bueno. Todo el mundo se queja de q los huevos son fríos, pero si leen en el microondas t explica como calentarnos, t puedes hacer waffer, tostadas, hay cereales para prepararte calientes(instantáneo), tambn hay cereales para comer con leche, tienen jugos fresco y variedad de café para hacerte y hay frutas. Todo siempre está limpio y el personal muy amable. Los cuartos super limpios, tienen servicio de cambiarte sábanas cada 3 días, si nec más, ellos t explican q lo debe pedir,( pero como a mi no m gusta q entren a mi cuarto) lo encuentro super bn. Tienen café en el lobby hasta bn tarde en la noche siempre. El hotel está justo al lado del Icon park, q puedes ir caminando cómodamente.

Todo fue excelente.

Staff was great, and young man named Grain did an awesome job. Help us all stay on the same floor.

Everything was walking distance

No meat at breakfast, only bread stuff. They should had pre cook bacon and sausage there.

very underwhelming

awesome location

my reservation thru Booking.com indicated a microwave in the room. Although I saw many rooms with a fridge and a microwave we were assigned a room without either. the hotel claimed this to be a booking.com error in the description of the room we booked!

It’s an old building that needs updating

Breakfast and location

Hot tub was not working and that was the main reason why I booked. Lady at front desk did not go in order of people waiting in line

Close to icon park and many restaurants

No small fridge in room. Had to pay for parking makes me not want to book there in the future. Had problems with keyless entry.

comfortable and convenient

easy to find and kind staff. room large, bed comfortable and a great desk. Super hot water which was a plus.

Didn’t do breakfast nothing there I really wanted. bathroom was a little dirty, see mold under sink and toilet. bath tub would not fill as the plug did not fit well.

Very clean hotel the bed was so comfortable and staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good plenty to eat. You could make your own waffles which was very popular with the guests. Really close to Icon park a couple of minutes walk and Pirates cove golf which was really fun is across from the hotel. Also there’s a i-ride bus that can take you around for 2$. Enjoyed our stay would stay here again.

The pool was the only let down needed a clean some leaves floating and needs a update but still very good.

Stay was good, breakfast leaves much to be desired

The location was great! Right next to icon park made it perfect for easy date nights that included a nice walk!

Breakfast was all carbs unless you want unripened fruit and hard boiled eggs. There were plenty of people there and we paid enough to have eggs and a meat too

It would be ideal to have a small refrigerator and a microwave. The hotel could use a few cosmetic touch-ups.

Enjoyed the spacious room and the pet friendly aspect. Was comfortable and convenient.

Breakfast was the standard continental offerings and was very busy, staff worked very hard to resupply everything as depleted. Carb heavy and would have appreciated more eggs or some meats.

The hot tub lacked any real jets and not very hot, pool was pretty dirty.
