Newly renovated. LVP floors and bigger than mini frigs. Beds comfortable. Place for a picnic & dogs to walk in back.
Had some trouble with the air but it was resolved.

The staff was nice and helpful. The location worked for what we needed it for. They filled our water bottles up.
The water heater was broken and so there was no hot water in our room. It would have been nice to know prior to getting there. Had to change hotels the next morning.

It was cheap but you get what you pay for. The web site said it was a grab n go breakfast but they did have waffles.
Was run down and parts were under construction. There was only stairs so you can't use the move in carts. I have a bad knee so the stairs were a challenge. I would have stayed somewhere else if I had known.

The staff are very friendly. It is conveniently located. They are getting a new entry put in that will eventually have motion-sensor doors, but currently are out-dated.
There was zero lighting in the parking lot - very unsafe at night. The curtains in the room were filthy,

Friendly staff. Clean.
Breakfast options were minimal and a small eating area.

Location was good
The bed was not comfortable, the people above us sounded like a herd of elephants all night, no pool or hot tub, only had one towel and wash cloth for each of us.

location is great. near relatives, close to restaurants and stores.
Beds aren’t very comfortable, other than that no complaints.

The staff was very good
Your building outside is falling apart. The inside was clean but very worn.

Great price and great location for what we needed. Surprisingly good breakfast as well.
Beds were not the most comfortable- too firm and the pillows weren’t the greatest either.

This hotel is very dated and worn. Most of the guests were truck drivers or construction workers. Overall the place really needs an upgrade and cleaning. I would suggest spending a little more for a cleaner nicer place.
The facility is very worn out

Everything was fine, except for the noise of other guests
On the first night, there were people meeting in the hall having a get-together, instead of being in a room. On the second night it was the same thing, except at 10:00 p.m., I had to call the operator, as some people were having a party of sorts. After I called, the noise abated. It should have been quiet well before 10:00 p.m.

It was nice that we got a room in a pinch, Katlyn was fantastic,
First of all there was blood spots on the comforter and top sheet of the bed so that was totally disgusting, the breakfast was pathetic, the bacon was so over cooked in its own grease that it would disintegrate the moment you tried to pick it up, the potatoes weren’t even cooked all the way through, the only egg option was hard boiled and those were just a few, and the pastries were very small and very few,

Convenient location to the interstate, slightly cheaper than other near by hotels.
Where to even start… the first thing you notice when you arrive is that the parking lot is in desperate need of some repairs. We drove 15 1/2 hours from Pennsylvania and arrived 2 hours early to their 3:00 check in time, we decided to go in & see if our room may be ready as we were exhausted from driving through the night. The lady behind the desk when we arrived all but snapped our heads off for even asking and she refused to check on our room and told us to come back at 3:00. If we wouldn’t have been charged for the room, we would have cancelled and went somewhere else right then. We were planning to stay here on our way traveling through back home but I will be canceling that reservation and staying at another nearby hotel. Had she simply said she was sorry but could not offer us an early check in, then fine, no big deal! But the attitude and being scolded for asking to check in at 1:00PM was absolutely uncalled for. There was a gentleman who walked into the lobby in front of us who tried to simply ask the same front desk lady if she could direct him to the nearest laundromat and she was extremely rude and demeaning to him as well. When we finally got to check in at 3, we arrived to our room which had a very strong, weird smell to it. The carpet is extremely old & dingy and is pulling up/rippled everywhere. The bed is extremely hard and uncomfortable. Looking forward to checking out and will not be back.

Didn't have any breakfast but very much enjoyed the coffee.
The parking lot seemed in poor condition. Was a bit concerned with people hanging around the lot...one man was grilling some food in the back of an open truck. Didn't feel entirely safe.

Window in room was not able to be locked.
