shocked I had to leave to get $100 dollar cash deposit and come back before checking in

Nothing , this place is subpar at best and the lady there claiming to be the manager has a horrible disposition and attitude. Definitely lacks people skills and professionalism when dealing with customers.

Look like they had new carpet installed.

Stayed in different rooms due to last minute extends on my behalf 1st night woke up with a bite on my thigh. Wasn't sure where it came from but when I woke up the last day no less than 6 huge knots on my back where I was dinner for something. Ruined my stay there!

Disappointing

Bed was comfortable, next to Perkins.

Dirty tub and bathroom floor, no Kleenex in box, one foot of toilet paper left on the roll. Second floor room and no elevator, supposed to be non smoking hotel but the entire upstairs hallway smelled of smoke.

It was awful! You get what you pay for.....

The room was nasty. When entering the room, it smelt like someone had been smoking in it. When going into the bathroom, housekeeping didn't take the previous persons shampoo out of the shower, there was black mold and hair in the shower as well. The carpet was not vacuumed it had debris on the floor so we didn't take off our shoes until we went to bed. Doors had to be slammed just to get them to shut properly.

Take pride and clean the rooms!!! I have stayed in hotels like this before but they may have been run down but they were clean.

it was… an experience. a very real experience

smells like stale smoke, staff lady was rude. no cream or sugar for “complementary” coffee… aka brown slug.

smelled bad. everything is dated. rude staff.

This hotel was at one time a very nice hotel but maintenance has not been done in a very long time. The rooms were only clean enough to keep you from running away.

We will never be back.

Nothing.

Everything. This place does not match the pictures on site. The room we stayed in, the ac unit was not working. When we asked the guy at the desk he came to look at it, and when he couldn’t fix it, he said he had to go look at the manual, we didn’t see him again. There were stains on the floor and holes on the wall in the bathroom. We checked in late so we took one for the team instead of losing out on money, but we slept on top of the comforter and as soon as it was just a little light out, we dropped the key in the drop box on our way out.

The Employees were very Arrogant, Racists with NO respect at all. Check in specified to be 3.00 PM, BUT the room was NOT ready/clean by 3 O'clock and they still went a head checked us in anyway. We requested to be changed to a clean room, they refused and arrogantly told us to wait the room to be cleaned. We found it Unprofessional, unhealthy and unsafe. Therefore, we decided to leave the place without demanding our money back.
