Staff, Clean rooms
Love this place! They are amazing! They actually care about their customers and they go out of their way to provide some of the best customer service I’ve ever received at any hotel..ever! They really made us feel comfortable! Highly recommend!

Location, no ice offered....

The bed was very comfortable very nice to have a microwave and compact refrigerator. Air-conditioning worked great. Locks worked
Bed spread had blood stains on under side. No where to take my dog for her potty time. Questionable guest activity. Did not get a safe feeling when outside. General maintenance and property care is lacking. Homeless camp behind the property. Was not informed of 20.00 pet fee until check-in

Bugs everywhere, hot water didn’t work in the shower, etc

Located near downtown With many food choices nearby. Hotel is a little rundown but the room was clean. I think I got my moneys worth.

The place Is too derarty

There wasn't any offered
The staff were rude, there wasn't enough parking for guest and the staff said to park in an empty lot next to the property at our own expense, the room was dirty, the bedding was dirty or stained couldn't tell. We asked for a refund for two of the days because we checked out after the first night & were denied. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone!

It was very loud. The management were arguing with a man outside for quite some time. Woke me up and my wife whom we both work very long hours. There argument went on to threats in court and ext. Very unprofessional and very disturbing.

There were a lot of young people coming and going late at night. Also they blocked the main entrance. The room smelled of cigarettes. We weren’t comfortable staying in this motel.

Old motel not well taken care of.

Convenient location, decent price and for extra fee they will take pets. They did have the refrigerator, microwave and coffee in the room.
Sketchy neighborhood, very old and outdated. unable to use closet, it was blocked by the bed. Really tight parking. For a few dollars more could get more comfort.

That I didn't have to drive all the way back in one day. Next time we will definitely stay somewhere else!
The staff barely spoke English. They were not helpful when we had problems with the TV and parking. The place is run down and needs lots of work.

Dirty a bit. Exterior is trashy but it does the job!

I liked that it was close to a restaurant.
Almost everything the lobbyist couldn’t even understand me and almost forgot to give me my change.
