The hotel has potential.

The bar offered a complimentary drink. Didn’t use but nice to offer. Nice beds!

Maybe in the middle of a remodel? - when we pulled up it had a sketch look with small piles of metal laying right by the front door. And some older gentleman outside smoking. Just not a good first impression. Maybe there was a sign saying remodel in progress but I didn’t see it. Didn’t see notice on the website either, just the kiddie pool and hot tub were down. When we checked in the front desk person seemed frustrated with her employer. Inside for the most part better than the outside appearance. Nice beds. Room a little dusty.

Not bad

The staff was really nice and it was cute that there was an attached restaurant bar

It would have been nice to know that the hotel was under construction. Many of the things in our room weren’t very well kept. Broken drawers used coffee items and the air condition didn’t cool the room.

Walked in and they tried charging us double what we booked it for. Ended up having to go to a whole different hofel

It was ok. Glad it was only two nights

The first night staff member was amazing. The outside of the building is pretty sketchy, but they are remodeling the inside so i'm glad the room didn't look anything like the outside.

The second night, the staff member on the night shift was not very pleasant. They also decided to start vacuuming in front of my room at 5a.m.

Good location. Pool was clean

Remodeling. Workers were loud at night and hitting on guests. It took the staff 3 rooms to find me a clean room stares has water slides and they do not

Disappointing

easy to find, near restaurants

Under renovation which the website did not indicate. The room had a nice updated bathroom, but the rest of the room had half painted walls, damaged carpet, holes in the wall from the door, hallways had wallpaper partially ripped off. Just overall was a little “work in progress” and run down feeling.

Hot tub wasn't working,. Heater and refrigerator didn't work. There was maintenance going on while I was there.

We arrived after dark and the driveway entrance to the front parking lot could be marked a little better to see the the entrance from the road. The parking lot was lit well enough.

Pleasantly surprised!

I was a little hesitant to stay here after some of the reviews I read, but it was pet friendly and right off the highway very close to restaurants and shops. Pulling up, the outside of the building looked a little run down, but after going inside, I was pleasantly surprised. The hotel is under new management, has new, friendly staff, and are doing a great job with updates and cleanliness. The room was nice! It was a good size, clean and set up well. It had a large fridge, TV and microwave. The bar was open until midnight; with reasonably priced drinks, large TV's, a pool table, dart board, juke box and gambling machines. Although the waterslides and hot tub were closed for repairs, the pool was ADULTS ONLY from 11:30 pm-1:30 am! There is a small arcade for the kids. The hot breakfast was very good and served until 10 am. I don't know how long ago those bad reviews were written, but I had a great experience and would definitely stay there again.

Bar was nice. Staff was nice.

Hot tub had issues, didn't know till check-in. No water slides due to no lifeguards. I would of been very upset if I'd brought my kids and fount out after check-in about these issues. Drywall debris from construction out in the hallway. Breakfast wasn't very good.

Very dirty room, stained mattress, damp smell. Staff was very receptive and said they would refund. couldn’t stay there

the location

I am in a wheelchair and could not manuever my wheelchair into my "accesible" room. The bathroom was also not accessible.

We were in town for a family party and the hotel was convenient to all roads.

Room was quiet. Breakfast was good. Location very good.

our room (122) was constantly damp. Even running a/c on high didn’t remove the humidity. Also, bathroom fan was loud and ineffective. Bed was very hard but adequate.

Would stay again.

Clean rooms and comfortable for a night's stay.

Furnishings are a bit outdated, but still functionable. AC kept it cool but was a bit noisy and couldn't regulate the desired temp. Need to get the hot tub and slides working. Would be nice to have longue/bar available also. Breakfast is on the light side but what was there, was good.

Very good

Easy to get to. Right off the hwy exit. Fitness center is a REAL fitness center, not just one room with a machine. Weights, machines, Yoga room, tanning bed.

Pool was open, but hottub was closed. Waterslide closed. Splashpad closed. Tanning bed only available during day.
