It was nice and clean and quiet. The staff was very nice. They allowed me to have my room 2 hours early. Their TV was huge and the cable TV was awsome.
One office chair was too low.
4.5
The privacy, convenient parking, WiFi connection, and helpfulness of Gateway Inn staff.
I have no complaints.

The full treatment because of color!!! just terrible experience ever! Extremely Rude and room didn't smell fresh. Overall bad stay and choice of a hotel.

Great location and value price. Not as clean as I would have liked.
The carpet was not vacuumed or clean. Sink was dripping water, had to use tub to wash my face.

There is NO BREAKFAST.
The hotel over charged my card $18 my end total was $90 with a $25 deposit, but when I checked my bank account they took $108,so when I brought it to there attention and even showed my statement both managers denied that they did not over charge and that they where not gonna give it back because it wasn't them when my statement clearly showed a transaction from gate way in of 108, so yea I never got that back.

The room was not clean. There were flys and nats in the room. The carpet in the room was filthy. The bathroom would not close all the way. In addition I found 2 fingernail clippings under the bedspread and sheet. The room was horrible. I will never recommend Gateway Inn in Madera CA. I will report it to the Better Business Bureau.
Nothing.

I liked that it was close to the stores and places to eat. Also, it was close to the highway. Easy access.
It would have been a lot better if there were no cock roaches. Found it hard to get comfortable stressing over the bug situation.

Nothing
It is nothing like photos on web site
Absolutely false advertising

That the property has Satellite dish network and there is a Starbucks across the street from it
Room was dirty, crawling roaches, electrical problems with bathroom lights. Homeless people, making noises outside of the room window. No security personnel.

Maintenance man came to fix TV. He was very pleasant and fixed the problem immediately.
The room was disgusting: stains on carpet, furniture, corners of flooring filled with debris and dirt, cockrouch in bathtub, slim around drains, cigarette burns in bedding. Most disgusting place I've ever stayed in the States.
Two old white ladies did not have to pay the cash only damage deposit; "only the locals do".
Don't stay here unless you have no other choice.
