The bed was comfortable, but that was the extent of anything good to say about the place.
The pool was dirty, the hottub was disgusting, the sauna didn't work. The toilet, tub, fridge, drawers were filthy. Holes in the walls, stained ceilings and floors. Battery was low in the smoke detector... you know... the beep when you're trying to sleep. When I tried to talk to the front desk about the smell and filth... no one answered the phone. I went down to the desk. There were people waiting. Someone said they were waiting for 10 minutes! They were the smart ones, they left.
PS I'm not sure if you can zoom in or not. Check out the burnt brillo next to the Bible. They couldn't even sweep the peices of broken crack pipe from the drawer I found later!

Absolutely nothing. The hotel is awful.
Change the sheets after the previous visitors perhaps? Clean the rooms, get rid of persistent urine smell in the hallways. Hire the professional, friendly personnel that speak acceptable English.

The staff were friendly
While effort was made on external presentation, inside the room was very shabby, the whirlpool water was slimy, indicating low pH and washroom was full of cigarette butts

only the bar and restaurant
mold on walls in my executive suite moldy ceiling panels, tub didn’t drain, no pool sauna or exercise equipment like stated or I never would have booked with you . everything is run down and in need of maintenance

It is in my city but then again, how embarrassing it was for it to look the way it does, in my hometown.
No pool or hot tub available
Pictures are completely false
King room is not a double room
Bathroom was so small and had hair in it before I got to use it.
Disgusting in the bed area and nothing has been cleaned in years. The staff was unprofessional looking it was a disgrace honestly. So much had gone down hill at this ramada. How embarrassing.

I requested ADA accessible, but they refused to give it to me. I reserved a queen room with two queen beds, but was given a king room. The hide a bed that my son slept on had no sheets, blankets, or pillow. The bed was so high up off floor I could barely get on it. And since I’m in a wheelchair, I couldn’t shower. There were damages in the room before we came. I wouldn’t stay at a Ramada again, and I won’t be using your website again.

The price
The inconvenience to getting a side by side room, the dirty rooms, the staff not listening to the customer.

The location is to my liking.
The rooms and hotel are disgusting.

The claw machine was a big hit with my daughter.
The staff took a while to answer the front desk. The room we picked was nonsmoking and when we got to our door there was a cigarette butt directly on the floor. Our "no smoking" sign was pulled off our door. When we woke up in the morning you could see the ice INSIDE our room. That is how cold it was in the room. I booked the room for myself, my fiance, and our chikd, but yet we were given ONE washcloth and two towels. Calling the front desk was a hassle, as no one answered. The room was not clean, there were items already put in our trash, stains on the floor, bottles behind the tv stand. It just was not a very pleasant stay, and if we had any other option we would have left.

Location . Ramada name.
old outdated - small bathroom where toilet is too close to tub - can’t shut the door easily- no space. Vanity is acrosss the hall in the open in room. Grime from previous years in corners even though they try to keep it clean.

The bed was soft the way we like it. The facility looked decent and was clean.
They tried to put us in an already occupied room. When we entered said room we found other people's belongings. Thankfully no one was in the room when we entered. We quickly left this room. We told the front desk that there were people in the room they gave us. They quickly gave us a different room. There were a lot of shady people around making us deadbolt and lock our door at night. Price was a little much and they charge a $100 deposit on top of the outrageous price for the room $286/ night plus that $100 deposit which will take 5-7 business days to get back in our account.

Nice staff - very helpful and cheerful
Old dark building, smell of cigarettes, not recently updated.

bed
pillows need to be softer. When I called with a request I was told my husband would have handicap shower with handholds, but was not saved for him. I would have paid ahead for it or found a hotel where he could shower in his room.

The bed was comfortable. That is the only thing in the room that was normal.
Hallways, room vanity and entrance very dilapidated and worn. Carpets with long-term soil that appeared not to have been cleaned for decades - almost from a crime scene or a bad horror movie. Hallways and room have not been renovated and since it was build 50 years ago. Low ceilings in the hallways, room, and bathroom (filthy ceiling tiles). Housekeeping needs basic training. Dust on furniture everywhere. Mold ingrained into the the bathroom and bathtub caulking. Disgusting light switch in the bathroom. We travel all the time and have never ever stayed in a hotel this bad. It was so horrific, we were afraid of touching anything! We checked in late, after 10 pm, that’s the only reason we decided to spend the night and not sleep in our car among the few people smoking dope in the parking lot in lawn chairs. Must be a homeless voucher hotel. Checked out next morning as soon as we could get out of there even though we had reservations for 2 nights. And we paid 200 for one night, totally unacceptable!!!

Staff were nice. The bed was comfortable to sleep on. Is a good price for what it’s worth.
Strong cigarette smell all around the building. Smelt really bad. When my husband and I got to our room the door was wide open it was very suspicious. It was probably just finished cleaning but it was not bothered to be closed. The shower water would not turn on. There were no sanitary products. The only bathroom accessories they had were hand/face towels and toilet paper. We booked the hotel with the understanding that it was a 3 star do we did not complain.

the look of the old motor inn was kinda cool. but it was still locked in a 1950-60’s time warp as it pertains to everything else.
There was no elevator. they charge a 100 dollar deposit (refunded after 5days) the bathroom was so small it was almost unusable. the fans and heat were wired wrong with no vent that was detectable. the shower and tub has bad mold. the shower/tub handle took two people (literally) to move if from off to on and vice versa. the water was not clean looking in the tub that took two hours to drain. the other guests partied and played loud music all night. no staff intervention. we spritz showered from the sink and left as early as possible to get outta there. will never ever stay there again nor recommend it. drive farther down the road from lewiston. the whole place is shady.
